It's been a pleasure to work with this firm . Though I was an intern but I got an idea of how corporate world works ...great enlightenment ....

Scamming organization. Called me saying "Tech Support" They go under many other company names. Stay as far as possible

Maven is good,but not even better. I have work experience there. But I could not continue my job, for the company put immense pressure on their employees, even the employees have to work for more than 10 hours. The shift timings are awkward. The overall atmosphere and the floor is good but when it comes to the sphere of working it becomes worse.
Another worst part of the company is its transport. The pick ups starts 2 hours prior and even the drop off starts 2. 30 hours after the shift ends. That causes loss of timings.
Otherwise, the place of ecospace is really incredible and very healthy which alone can encourage you to work on.
The company is very systematic and hardly compromise with the problems,that the employees face. The food, offered to the employees, is good. I believe that no free minded person can continue their jobs in the company and if they do they will loose their mental equilibrium.

Come on guys, don't threat people for coming to interview.

It's is a BPO Company and it is located in the Eco Space Business Park. Nice place learn a lot of things. Good ambiance and nice people.

Chor company... every one is aware. They don't pay salary.

These guys are con artist. Never use them for any website or consulting.

Before going their I'm also thought that this all reviews may not 100% currect or you can say I wanted to discover my self, wheather it is right or not.

After going their, I noticed many people come from different job profile interviews (account, BPO etc.) because I asked them and I went for Digital Marketing profile.

They all are going back with a sad face. After some time I told a man that "when your interview over then tell what really happens". After his interview he told me they said "we will call you tomorrow", though I thought he may really not good to get selected.

But when I gave the interview then their was two girls.
And they just asked me only one question (interview formality). Then they said "we will call you tomorrow" but I know the call will never come. They will sell my data to other commercial agencies what I understood.

I know many of you will go their to get a job. But when the same situation repeats on you then please, come on Google Reviews section and do what I've done now. Because I just want to see this company holding 1* ratings. Then I'll get peace and this review will be successful.

I have learnt a lot from Debasish and Sayak Sir. What ever I am now that's because of them . Thanks a lot.

This company sells fake technical services that don't exist at all. As Abhijit Das rightly pointed out, if you Google urgenttechhelp you will get to know that the service that they claim to offer is basically a scam. I worked in this company for just one month when I was in Kolkata and we were trained on how to lie to customers regarding a service that doesn't even exist. Please be very very careful of this fraud company. Dont judge this company by the number of good reviews that it has recieved. All the people who have given good reviews are giving good reviews to save the reputation of the company because their reputation is linked to the reputation of the company. Please stay away from this company. Moreover the nature of the job is very boring, repetitive , monotonous.

I have left this company on last 19th April 2015. Till now I have not get back my EPF money even it is not deposited in my PF account. I have send email to Account department, HR department, General Manager, and Managing Director also..........NO RESULT........ALL REPLIED (Except MD)......... .....CONVERSATION IS STILL GOING ON.................. I have seen lot of MAVEN lovers are here. Any one please suggest me when & how I can get back EPF money??......

HR TAKE TOO MUCH TIME TO DECIDE.. INTERVIEW PROCESS SO MUCH SLOW..

This company so called Maven Infotech don't have the basic etiquette to speak and maintain its work operations when it comes to deal with candidates who seek for job opportunity. I appeared for an interview couple of days back in this company, I gave 2 rounds of interview and the concerned HR was supposed to connect me back in the next 2 working days. I didn't receive any calls nor mail regarding the verdict on the same. I tried connecting with the HR but not bother to receive my repeated calls. I spoke to the concerned HR today and she is not willing to provide me any reason for my rejection. I have the basic right to understand the reason for my rejection which she didn't even spoke and disconnected my call. How come she dropped my call and who gave her the audacity to do such kind of action with me. The company's management can clearly visible the number of bad or even worst reviews are reflecting on Google. I have seen reviews like fake, fraud and other terminologies have also been used associated with this company. The company management should look into this kind of reviews which is actually hampering the society and lifes of many aspirants. Simply Pathetic!! Maven grow up, you have no right to waste time and energy!! If required I'll file a case against this freaking idiotic company. Watch out

Located in Eco Space Rajarhat....the complex premises are world class with proper security tidiness and state-of-the art features. The organisation premises are small but very neat n tidy. Pantry is situated beside washrooms and employees have to stand with food plates in hand in the corridor and have food.. the only noticeable con.

These guys are scammers that make me want to drink myself

His company has shut down. They were onto tech scamming.

Friends this company is cheater and scam company.
1. They hide everything and entire process frm u.
2. They will use terms "windows skilled", "london" etc..for duping accounts of foreigners.
3. They recruit people on one end and by 15th day they will remove 98 percent of the new joinees..without payment. They will msg and inform u about this. In our batch there were 30-35 mostly btech. And all were removed in lots of 4-5.
4. They wont pay u. They will just provide u food (unless u are a senior)
5. They will tell u to say lie over phone.
6. barking from the seniors and pressure for no payment.
They wasted my time. They cheat u. Never go unless u want to waste ur time. Wipro and many other companies have marked it as a scam and fraud.
Friends stop wasting your time here and move on.wish u all get a god job elsewhere.

Maven infotech,runs by duping the customers. They pose themselves as technical representatives of Microsoft. They make the customers pay for services which actually doesn't exists.
Initially they try to take out money from the customer by offering some fake services, if this doesn't work, they literally threaten the customers and extort money. They use a software which enables them to remotely use the customer's computer. If they fail to extort any money from the customer, they simply screw their computer. This is how the company is making money.

Bad selection process. Kind of fraud. Calls for interview and then simply they terminate. Don't go for these type of low range BPO providers. They'll just waste your time in the name of interview.

It was wonderful experience working here .. People here are awesome.

It's a scam company.. used to run tech support scam under the skin names of OZM, and then HRO on the citizens from US, Australia, Canada. Then, tried to run computer butler scam on the citizens of US, UK, Canada. Then, tried to run prospective business lead scam under the skin name of Better Business Enquiries on the same geographies, and after being unsuccessful, they're trying to run the same on the Indian business. They hide it under the name of SEO services.

Further, they do not operate from Ecospace anymore. They operate from the fifth floor of the Terminus building, New Town, West Bengal, India. PIN Code: 700156

Even, they don't even pay the salary on time and the salary is credited from another company's account altogether. To add to this, they don't even credit the PF amount on time..or in some cases, ever..

Company environment is very good and very friendly. Fresher's
will get to learn a lot from their team leaders.
