Nice museum in the center of the Hague. Free boys and short queues to enter. Fine rooms relating to Flemish art. Monograph on Rembrandt and several paintings by Vernieer, including the famous Girl with a Pearl Earring. Very pleasant visit. Note several workshops for children who teach them a love of art. The visit also deserves a stop in The Hague alone

What. A. Gem. This was an absolutely fantastic taste of the Dutch Masters, in a delightful little architectural marvel. Don t forget to always look up! Some of my favourites were odd portraits of unknown personalities hanging above the doors.

There is not a lot of written interpretation, mostly just i.d. cards. Recommend getting the audio guide to fully appreciate the works.

Everything was fully accessible, and admission also grants you access to the Prince William Gallery a block away.

I was just fascinating about the museum. The collection are so precious, many of Vermeer's, Rembrandt's and other greatest Dutch artists. It's totally worth the visit. The building itself is another art peace, so beautiful! When I went, June 2018, the ticket cost 15,50 euros. Don't forget to check the temporary exhibition close to the store.

The hall is very spacious and there is an elevator for both wheelchairs and strollers, so you can relax and relax. You can leave your luggage in a cloakroom. Do n t forget your digital camera and smartphone. Let's shoot with a masterpiece. Various masterpieces on the hallway, landing, and ceiling. All the staff were friendly. There are also Vermeer goods that you can only find at the museum shop. If you have time, please visit the restaurant. Lunch is recommended.

Nice.

In this small palace paintings of the great painters of the Dutch baroque are exhibited, with their incredible ability to show the nuances of light and shadows. They are in a magnificent state of conservation (restored on occasion). It is allowed to take photos (without flash), I guess that is why there are many paintings protected by glass. To respect the building, they have built a basement with high ceilings that is the access to the museum: here you can buy tickets, ask for information, etc. You can get off by elevator or by stairs. It is definitely a must see if you go to The Hague

Tiny but very beautiful museum that hosts some of the most important Dutch paintings, such as The girl with the pearl earring, View over Delft or The Goldfinch. The building is exquisite and a short walk from the town center and the central train station. An absolute must see for art lovers and very recommended for everybody else. It won't take you more than two hours to visit it and you won't regret the experience!

Wonderful place, a must see. I would suggest to prefer a visit in winter : the rooms of exhibition are smaller than in Rijksmuseum of Amsterdam but you can hope making a peaceful visit when the tourist saeson is over.

Great collection in a beautiful building. Works are displayed with good lighting, enough space and grouped logically. The free app is great, both during and after the visit. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

This is a small but beautifull museum. The 'View on Delft' by Vermeer is by itself enough reason to vsit. Add to that the "Girl with the pearl earring" and you know you've got a real winner. Far lessed visited than the Rijksmuseum, but if you have to chose, do consider visiting here.

One of the best fine arts museums i have seen. Not very large to make one feel daunting and make it difficult to decide what to see. One can do the whole museum in say 4hrs.
Has a great collection of Dutch masters- Rembrandt, Vermeer(including the Girl With Pearl Ear Ring), Jan Steen and Paulus Potter.

This is not a big museum, certainly not in comparison with the Rijksmuseum or the Hermitage in Amsterdam. But a number of absolute masterpieces by Johannes Vermeer (girl with the pearl) by Rembrandt (the anatomical lesson), Rubens (a brilliant play of light of an old woman and child) or a Rogier van der Weyden (an assertion of Christ) make a visit surpassed . Outside you will find a very nice sample of Dutch and Flemish schliders in the museum. There was also a nice collection of Dutch paintings that normally hang in a series of country houses and castles of the National Trust. The collection remains worth a visit every so many years.

Beautiful paintings by famous painters, with showpieces such as the Girl with a Pearl Earring, Nicolaes Tulp and the Portrait of Michiel de Ruyter. The temporary exhibition of George Stubbs was also beautiful.

Small drawback was the small spaces. With a somewhat higher turnout I can imagine that it will soon be cramming. In addition, you must love the style, because it is all much the same. However, despite these minor criticisms, it is certainly worthwhile to visit the Mauritshuis!

One of the most famous paintings in the world, a woman in Vermeer's pearl earrings is on display. You can take pictures in the museum, so I'm really happy that you can take any picture you like.

Pearl of the Hague absolutely to visit! I was fascinated by the splendor of the house. There is an anatomy lesson and a girl with a pearl earring. Not to mention all the magnificent works of Flemish artists.
