Matt was awesome I bought my daughter a Mac book Pro a long time ago it died he helped save all the photos and updated with new updates and found out that some of the keys were not working we couldn't log in because one of the main keys was part of the password then he changed the password so we didn't have to deal with the old password. And all that in a days work also found out that I needed to buy a new charger to change the lap top.
Matt is a gifted technician who had my husband's Mac running quickly and smoothly in no time. Apple made several attempts to fix the problem with no improvement but Matt found, understood and corrected the underlying issues. He was a really nice guy and reasonable to boot!
Matt is super friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I came in with a broken external hard drive and he was able to recover my data while others here on island had failed to do so, this saved me a lot of time and money. Def. my go to guy now. Cheers legend :)
