I really enjoy being apart of the imagination center

This a critical stop every time I'm in LA. (Am I the only one who noticed Margo Georgiadis is a local guide and reviewed this store? Can you hook me up Margo? If anyone has an "in" here, it's gotta be you!)

Bad experience , I asked for two hot wheels there were still in the box and a rude worker told me he will have to put it on the wall for customers so I wait as soon he was staking them he was checkin every single car and he got the two cars I want it and just left ,I asked a lady worker if I can buy the whole box of hot wheels and she said no . I don't know why they acted like that , the guy was a very young latino guy and the lady was a the manager , I don't know why they didn't want to sell us the whole box . Really bad .

Love love love the saving's, its a must stop for gifts.

The employees pick up the good stuff before they open the store. There is always a guy looking thru the hot wheels before they upek the store grabs the good stuff and takes it to the back

I went to thier "tent sale" prices were okay selection was decent but not too much to choose from. Customer Service was great! I'd probably go again.

Great time to shop! Lots of great gift ideas for a great price. Everyone very conscious of Covid policies.

I went in and the Chef lady was definitely in dire need of marijiana.Then she asked me if I went through security. .......even though I just told her I did for like the second time.
She was probably being overworked like most kitchen workers and was feeling beat up from the whole week.maybe Mateo needs to be more considerate of there workers that are behind closed doors

Someone mentioned that there's only a few parking places I've never had problems parking I've seen probably 30 parking places. The only time it gets bad is around the holidays of course. Staff is always been amazing selections are limited but always good deals can be found.

when is the adult original version of scrabble being restored as the new altered game is a poor replacement, we do not want a childish/gimmicky board just the straight forward game of scrabble game it used to be. I had been playing for over 3 years when i was suddenly widowed , when sleep was hard to come, scrabble was always there , i made many scrabble pals who i could chat to ,now all that has been taken away.i have tried the new one , and other word games but it is like playing a computer ,with the delays and constantly having to reboot after every move it takes all the spontaneity out of playing and chatting. If the majority of players were given a choice i am sure they would still prefer the old game, but we were never given a choice were we.If you had to jazz a game up for new players ,why could we not have two games and left us with our beloved scrabble.

Poor selection, corporate employee's get to enter the store and shop first before opening up to the general public . Not fair . These people work there they can get the popular high demand toys any time .

It's a great place to go check out they're sales, and other discounts. Other than that it's pretty much retail prices you're looking at. Holiday sales are the best in the business!

I was just wondering how come you guys have not gotten with the program and make movies like hasbro?
They have made G.I.JOE TRANSFORMERS ECT , but where is Mattels MASTERS OF THE UNIVERSE movie Or an BARBIE movie.just wondering is HASBRO BETTER THAT MATTEL.////???

5/5 Coming here is pleasuring. The staff are very kind. The Cashiers informed about avalible deals without even me knowing! Very kind of them. Discounts can come in handy. Your first purchase of VIP gives you 20% off as I remember. I did not know of VIP the last time I came here, but I did still get a discount. The reason they're handy is due to the fact that some items can be pretty pricey, which is the largest con. I don't know if everyone will be able to afford it. Overall, excellent time every time coming here!

This hidden away store can be a treasure trove, especially right before the holidays. Small but stocked full of Mattel brand toys, there are often deep discounts. There are only a few parking spots, so parking can get full quickly. The store is small, but be sure to walk down every aisle. They sell everyone from Barbie dolls to motorized cars! Pro tip - be sure to check the green sticker area, it's a small area with toys that are discounted twice!

It has a small shop where they sell their toys much cheaper than in business

I love the tent! I only paid $63 for toys that would have cost me well over $150 total. Mattel saved Christmas!

Great brand but dolls used to look more natural and true to life than they do now. Storyline is changing so much & I would hate to see it become unreliable.

Now for the wonderful, fabulous Marco, th store did not have the items I went in for, but I left with five other items, just because of Marco! Thus youngman took the time and gave me suggestions with Thomas and cars!
Sorry that I did not get the young lady name that checked me out, she was also fantastic!

The Mattel Toy store is as classic as the Hot Wheels and Barbie themselves. Being that they have a program for my employer to give us 30% off also gives this place a bonus. They have a good selection toys, games, baby toys, and even kids tablets. From Imaginext to Thomas the Train, your child will definitely not come home as empty as your pockets. Atleast the discount helps

Excellent sales starting the last week of October. Tent sales are 50-70% off the regular price. Items are limited and change every two weeks during the holidays.

Great prices and discounts for tent sale purchases. The service was superb everyone was very helpful again great deals did lots of Christmas shopping for my daughter and her cousins.

One of the largest toy manufacturers in the world.. there is a wide variety of toys that you can find here form Barbie dolls to hot wheels cars to Batman toys to the latest Wonder woman toys. Toys are available for all ages and gender. If you are a frequent buyer then you will get discounts for many brands and the price is also very less compared to other toy manufacturers. You can also visit the online stores for those who wish to purchase them from home.

This Mattel store, although small is an absolute must for holiday shopping! I got tons of Hot wheels, Thomas and Friends, and Cars stuff all for under $100!

If you think just because this is a store at the Mattel highrise, it will be stocked with all the good stuff you're gravely mistaken. This store is below average at best. The Hot Wheels collection here is absolute garbage, they've got no Car Culture stocks, no Premium stocks, just some average cars you'll find at any Walmart/Target. Actually Walmart/Target might have better ones. When I asked them how often they stock they said "everyday". I doubt there was even an ounce of truth in that statement. Save yourself the gas and go to some other store.

First thing everyone is so pleasant, I appreciate everyone attention to what my kids was asking for. They was happy to help us and gave us information. The woman who rung me up was so nice, I will continue to come here from now on. I rather support a store who cater to you on a more personal level than other store with employees who could care less if you find what you're looking for or not. It's not a big place but its packed with goodies and they have a 50 percent off wall. The drive was long but well worth it. Thankyou mattel store and employee's.
