We love this place,especially the store. It's a special treat to go on and pick out new toys!

Mattel s Barbie was a childhood staple of mine when growing up. Today, was my first time at Corporate Headquarters. I went there to participate in a Moms Focus Group at the Mattel Imagination Center.
It was a fun and rewarding experience.

Very friendly staff, decent prices, a lot of gift selection to choose from.

Mattel headquarters, a spare space at the bottom of the building, works as a store; great items in there.

Remolded Mattel is more Spacious, New flooring, Registers & Big TV's for viewing.

Nice and new, and they actually offer some low-cost toys. I bought 4 hot wheels cars for 5 bucks! Kids were so happy!

I think it's a great idea that you created wwe diva Barbie dolls. I also think it would be a great idea to throw in the mix of past generation divas; Mae Young, Ivory, Trish Startus, Lita etc... Can't wait to see this collection in stores. To show the younger generation a different perspective of the years past and variety...

The closest to a "toys r us" . Great prices! Friendly staff!

I have been here a couple of times and I like this store a lot. The staff is very friendly all the time and are willing to help you out. Prices are good pretty much the same like other retail stores but they do have a giant selection of toys and some on clearance. You just have to be lucky and go in a good day when they have a sale. I really love this place overall.

Perfect place to buy gifts way cheaper then walmart target and any where else.

I first discovered Mattel in 2010. I love coming to Mattel and it's my go to place for presents and gifts. They usually have amazing sales and the staff is always super helpful and knowledgeable about the products. I'd recommend it to everyone!

A++++ for customer service! Such a friendly and helpful staff. Great product selection. They also have a section of generous mark downs for damaged packaging. I'll take it!

They used to have great deals at the end of the year. But since they remodeled they are only keeping it at 30 percent off.

When I first saw Hot Wheels, I was amazed at the looks of the cars. I have been thinking about something...I had a dream where the Hot Wheels Highway 35 franchise came back, and then, I had another dream where Highway 35 came back as well, but this time I WAS IN IT. So Mattel, if you're seeing this, you should release the Hot Wheels World Race Highway 35 franchise again, as a memory of a great Hot Wheels movie.

Not the Mattel toy outlet - but the corporate offices. The toy outlet faces Continental Blvd, not the lawn.
5-stars because Mattel makes plenty of toys worth playing with, and passing the love of play to the next generation.

It was a great experience at the mattel store. Even if You're not signed up as a mattel member then the cashier will ask you for your name and zip code. Then I'll automatically be in the system. When you come next time just give them your phone number. The staff were very friendly and helpful

Lots of toys u don't really see at Wal-Mart or target if u shop there. Prices are reasonable.

Prrfect place to bring my grandkids to choose the toys they want. Prices are cheap.

They had a good selection, but I would have expected more thorough options for each toy brand.

This is a WONDER-ful store. The selection of toys is very impressive, with Barbie, Hot Wheels, Mega, Thomas, Fisher Price and so much more. They also have really cool hats and t-shirts.

I love this store! This is probably one of the very few places where I actually find hotwheels that I am looking for my collection! The store is restocked daily and also they have great sales all the time! If you like buying toys made by mattel then you definitely have to check this place out!

Awesome store. Clean and wide enough selection of toys for boys and girls. Smaller then I expected but was a fun shopping experience for my girls.

Awesome to be at the Headquarters of the company that has created some of the BEST toylines!! The staff was awesome. The store was very clean and organized. Depending on what you wanted there was plenty of product.

Poor Quality Products! We have four girls who love Monster High . Every time we buy a product related to Monster High it consistently falls apart within a week if that long. This time we tried a different route. We bought a product marketed by ABG NY. A very cool looking hat. Guess what ,it fell apart the next day! We called Mattel who gave us the contact information for ABG and they were as bad as the product! We were told, "Well,it is a child's toy." When we spoke to a "supervisor" he spoke over my wife and said he "understands you may be having a bad day " and he doesn't think that's something the rep would say ! And the kicker,"Say what you want to your friends on the internet ,losing ONE CUSTOMER ISN'T GOING TO HURT MATTEL AT ALL"! Yeah ,they really care what you think! Quality service, quality products!

Nice clean store but they don't bring the entire collection of cars and the two times i was there the same happen and they won't tell you wen they are bring in the other one in... and now you can only buy one car only not two or three!

Great toy store in El Segundo, especially now that Toys R Us is gone. Staff here is really nice and prices are okay. Parking can be a little tight when it s crowded. Make sure to sign up for their free frequent shopper program to save 10%. Its a little hard to see from the road but once you find it, it s a great place for toys.

The store is not great, everything for girls is either super heroin dolls or tired Barbies...toys have gone downhill. All of the better dolls by Mattel have been discontinued.

Amazing finds and deals... employees are good and answer any questions. Found She-Ra for 21 dollars.

Lots of toys. Prices are very reasonable. Hot wheels for about .99. If you spend more than $40 They allow you to buy other things for only $10.00 each.
If you have a resale # You save more too.
For giving your phone # & email you'll get specials too.

Love Mattel, brings me back to when I was a kid collecting hot wheels and now it's my 2 son's turn

Mini toy store, would like to see more hotwheel selection, but a nice little place to buy things you might not see at Target.

As you would expect from a factory store, the merchandise were dated, and selection were limited. Price was O.K., but the holiday discount made a big difference.

Never would ve thought to staying next to the HQ of Mattel! Got me some souvenirs to take back home! Gotta say it was a special time stopping by!

Store was recently renovated.looks amazing larger toy selection.

Close parking, nice variety but not all Mattel products are available in the store. Their specials are really good prices but the regular prices for the stuff not on special are the same as everywhere else.

The store had partially empty shelves..... Maybe it was due to their restocking

Love this place. Imagination Center is rewarding and enriching for my children. They get to add input on future toys for their age groups. Win-win!!!!

I took my twin granddaughters to test new toys. They loved it! Plus, they get to pick a toy to take home and I got target gift cards!
