These people (almost all I interacted with) think it's all about them and outside people are below them. I won't be returning there and definitely won't buy Mattel toys and has anyone looked at this generation doll Dept? It is tacky and wacky with crazy hair styles and horrible make up with random outfits being worn

An actual toy store behind the actual Mattel Headquarters. I love the fact that we still atleast have some type of toy store Experience for our kids. Everyone is friendly and there is a lot of great variety of new toys for sale . They also have convenient parking . It s a bit hidden but if you see the Mattel Building you are in the right place :)

My first time experience was mediocre. I expected more of a selection and variety of toys. But overall some items were greatly priced such as the Barbie dolls

Yes I liked because they sale macthbox and Barbie's .

Christie (The person that answered the phone) is rude and hung up on me without answering my question. Very poor customer service.

Gotta love a toy store! Always find something good to buy.

I really didn't feel like there were any good deals here. I can definitely find lower prices almost anywhere else

Horrible prices. Old inventory, no new items. Overpriced with little to no discounts. Mattel is going to be hurting this year. Waist of time

Great toy store with amazing deals from time to time. Small but fun nonetheless.

It's a blast to look at all the goodies this museum-like place has to offer (this place is crammed), but the prices can be outrageous. For Japanese imports and rare collectibles, it's justifiable, but it's a bummer to not be able to buy, say, that Limited Edition 2nd Wave Repaint Cammy figurine. It's also kinda cramped in there, but what can you do!

Better store setup, you were not so great this year.

Good deals on toys but you would think the selection would be better for Hotwheels.

It's not the same like it used to be before the remodeling. It's really nice but the deals are basically gone. You have to travel all the way to an empty tent in the back with damaged boxed toys marked down a tad. I really miss the old Mattel....

Good prices,choices for all ages. Good quality. A trust able brand.

Great atmosphere and very friendly staff. You have access to some cool areas like a store and can inquire about more in-depth subjects related to the toys, etc.

My husband had first gone here about 3 years ago to get toys for our first born. I went about a week ago It was my first time going here and omg! It is so cool I did not know they had so many Barbies I happened to go the day before Barbies birthday so they had buy one get 1 -60% off. They also have a small selection of clearance and baby items!

The prices are almost the same as in the stores, yes everything is well organized and clean

They might not have as much toys as a toys r us but they do have some good deals and the staff is very helpful

Nothing is here to tour. Just corporate office and a small toy store next door. Walmart toy section is bigger.

They did have nothing special and the local toystore had more stuff......

Best Toys, Best Prices with fantastic service - always worth a visit if passing by

I drove quite the distance thinking the selection and prices would be worth the trip, but was surprised that the prices matched that of any general retailer and the selection was slim. Best to call prior to heading out if you have any specific items in mind and only if you can't find it at a store near you.

Working at Mattel, Installiing a new 2way communication system.

Wish they had longer hours. But this is the place to shop for Barbie and Hot Wheels! Fantastic deals especially if you stick to sale items

This place was ok. Just wish they had more souvenirs. They did have the barbie tshirts but only in 2and 3x lol

Awesome store. The remodeling proved to be a success. I love it now.

Love the start of the tent sale every year. Barbies 3 bucks, games 5 bucks and so forth. Always clean and friendly staff. Wish the store was bigger with bigger options of things tho.

Because I like hot wheels I'm a fan of hot wheels I wanted classic hot wheels

This is the Corporate office. They have a newly remodeled toy store. It looks great and has a really nice sound system. They have a large selection of new toys and many of the good old standard toys. Like Hot Wheels and Barbie and many more. They always have specials and discounts. It's a great place to buy your Christmas toys at a BIG DISCOUNT!

It's an awesome store great variety of toys some clothes but everything is $2-7 more than Target and Walmart prices
