Castrucci replaced my battery with a faulty battery, then proceeded to charge me for an alternator and other parts over 6 months, without checking to see if the battery was faulty. I m out thousands of dollars to their service department, and they won t even return my calls. I won t purchase or repair a vehicle here again. I m happy to share my story with anyone who wants to know more.

Quoted ~$1700 to replace my AC compressor in a Honda Accord. Took it to a local shop and it turns out the compressor was fine, just needed a $20 dollar relay replaced. AC is working just fine for $70 dollars total....

They never recommend anything that is not needed. I believe when they recommend me something that is something that needs to be done. Quick service too.
