Castrucci replaced my battery with a faulty battery, then proceeded to charge me for an alternator and other parts over 6 months, without checking to see if the battery was faulty. I m out thousands of dollars to their service department, and they won t even return my calls. I won t purchase or repair a vehicle here again.
