I just bought Zicam Extreme Congestion Relief and am so disappointed. It took me an hour to get the plastic covering off the bottle and when I tried to use it, it wouldn't work. That was a big fat waste of money on my part!! When packaging these products I wish more thought would go into how hard this will be for old people to open!!!!!
