Please don't work for this company. They will find everyway to not pay you for time that you worked and also make you use your PTO for time that you would work have they allowed you to work. And will throw new processes in your face to not pay you for your earned PTO when you leave. Even when this form states nothing about paying your PTO due to separation from the company. Just don't waste your time here at all.
I am a nurse who worked with Matrix from October 2016 to February 2018 at the Marine base in Hawaii. Needless to say, at the time I was very happy with the company. Since that time, it seems there are many changes. I applied for a position that I believe I was more than qualified for. I received a friendly generic letter that said another candidate was preferred. This is fine, however it seemed that my application was considered with non employees. When I sent back an email asking if my records were still on file along with my exemplary record with the company. I didn't receive any word back. I have tried calling multiple times, but no one is in the office. This truly was/maybe still is a great company to work for if you are looking for a contract position within the government. However, it is impossible to get ahold of any of my previous contacts or recruiters.
There were ok pay wise but when it comes to office issues such as professionalism, sexual misconduct and discrimination this company handles things poorly and unfairly....
