Tarjan at Masters Renault was a delight to do business with. When I first contacted him by telephone he was really helpful, offering a number of suggestions and then when we all came in to see the cars and do the test drive, the whole process was a pleasure - not something you can usually say about a car purchase negotiation. Would definitely recommend.
