While I was searching for a reliable interior design company in Bangalore, I came across Bonito Designs. Their website mentioned that the designs will turn our home into a place that will want us to come back early from work or wherever we are. And yes, after the completion of the interior design solution, it does give us the feeling of coming back home at the earliest. With our existing furniture and accessories, along with some extra add-ons, they created a personal space for us that we can cherish and also show off to our guests.

Very good and attractive designs. Good Team Work for making such wonderful designs. Would request everyone to Visit Once.

Not even deserve 1 star, 5 negative star can be given, big cheaters took my 25 k just to give information without giving any service.. never ever go with them..they won't respond to you once they take money..Nobody should trust these fellows I lost 25k hard earned money.. big disappointed they fool you with nice YouTube videos and paid positive reviews..trust them with your own risk..

I really enjoyed interacting with the Bonito team and their service from designing till execution. I cannot thank the team enough for making my house in Sakar Nagar a home. They use high quality materials and the designer was really helpful for coming up with the design that goes well for each room.

We chose Bonito Designs after going through different reviews from their clients on YouTube. The stories were so enchanting that we got encouraged to get the services from Bonito Designs. So, after much discussion and inspection of the entire area, the work started. The person in charge was dedicated enough and picked out mistakes in the execution, if any, and helped the workers in correcting them properly. We ultimately found that the reviews on their YouTube channel were absolutely correct and everything went by extremely smoothly and efficiently. Today even after so many months, we enjoy not only living in this lovely space now but also enjoy the compliments coming from our guests regularly.

THE WORST!! The team is the worst I have seen till date. They are only concerned about taking the money. The designer Sanjana had only one design to show us. When we asked for different options, she had none!! Once the money is paid, they don't respond to your concerns, because they are so stuck up in their rules which aren't practical! For example, they hesitate to share the designs to more than two people. We are an big family, but according to them only 2 people should decide the designs for the whole house. They say the rules are for customer satisfaction but cause consumer distress instead.

Also they are very very expensive and don't agree to any negotiation. Go here at your own risk! Because for them our house is just another project and they wait to only transfer the work to other departments. So, they just push you to accept their designs no matter how horrid they are. Also, they don't guarantee the time limit for finishing the work too. Not reliable. Too rigid. Pathetic designs. A total time waste.

Don't get fooled by their youtube videos. they only care about money.

The interiors Bonito, has done an excellent work for our apartment in Salarpuria Greenage. The estimate, design and execution were all dealt by a professional team. Our project manager , Mr. Irfaan along with Mr. Abhishek and Mr. Marappa rendered an excellent service. They were open to any alterations or suggestions from the customer, and were very good in explaining the pros and cons of the same. I felt the estimate was slightly pricy, but its worth the money. Also, we were costantly updated about the status of our project.Their tireless effort rendered a complete customer satisfaction. I surely will recommend them to my friends.

Had a good experience with Bonito Service team. They are responsive and get the things done on time.

Amazing experience, my house is very beautiful. All credit goes to Bonito Designs. I strongly recommend Bonito to any customer. But, you must give an ample time to complete their delivery.

Today we have visited the Bonito Center at HSR sector 7,

Below are my opinions, I have not done any business with them.

1) First, they will show the video in small home theater (which makes no sense to me, waste of time)

2) After we came out of that, we were standing for the place (all desks are busy)

3) Very lengthy process of explaining about the Bonito & Design history (literally I was getting sleepy, it s big booklet they take you through, so be patience)

4) Next, they have only one experience model to show which I did not like it.

5) My personal opinion, only visit if your budget is more than 10L for the basic interior, Which I think waste of money.

Bonito will not give you any quotation until you pay them 25K for booking, once you pay, then only they will start the process else you are wasting your time.

After visiting Bonito, I felt in my budget, I will only get the wardrobes :-)

I had gone to Bonito Designs for my Cousin. They have wide range of interior designs. Team is really responsive and excellent at knowing customer s needs. What I liked the most is their unique approach towards designs. I would recommend this to everyone who is willing to have some unique Interior touch to their house.

I totally liked the style, dedication, work culture and final outcome from bonito tams.. loved it.

We got our 3BHK apartment interiors designed by Bonito in 2017 at Kumar swamy layout. We approached them after seeing a number of YouTube videos. The designer, Mr Irfan Khan, was very professional. He took our requirements and made a couple of designs and shared with us our approvals. Since Irfan was staying in the same area where we had brought our apartment it was easier from the co-ordination point of view. Irfan along with being professional, was very friendly and approachable with a smile always on his face. The suggestions they advised very valuable, but given my Wife was seeing number of videos and interiors done by Bonito at other places. she ensured everything turned out to be perfect. Along with the designs they also help with shopping of stone cladding and any other fittings needed for the house. They have wide range of wardrobe handles in their office to select from, in case if you don t like you can always shop along with them. The flip side of the overall Interiors was the Pooja room door which they had fixed upside down, post our recommendations they changed it but the damage was done to certain extent. All said and done they delivered the project well within the requested timelines and as the end result it was appreciated by many who had come for house warming ceremony.
The price they quote is on the upper side, which is mostly not negotiable. And it only keeps increasing with every requirement you add. So, suggestion is to ensure you have correct budget to get your interiors done than Bonito is the place to go far.

Too much of irrelevant topics discussion rather than on interiors. not much of interiors on display as compared to other interior showrooms.

No one updates status after given project , very bad that as customer needs to talk to 100 people to check status ............................

Very costly estimations and price more than 3 times of market proces . Time line also too high 4 to 5 months . Example Estimated 1.5 L for just basic Pooja room.

Bad quality work they screwed my one design and no sloution .
Sarurday , sunday and holidays no progress on my work , work like a government office timings..........

After going through the videos of bonito designs, we approached the office and met the marketing executive MANZOOR, he has been very helpful and supportive while meeting our specifications. Also, we had a really pleasant experience with the interior designer KUSUMA.

When I decided to offer a new look to our ancestral house, we were not sure whom to trust. Then we went through a couple of reviews and videos of Bonito Designs and thought to take a risk with them. I wanted to keep some of the elements as it is in the house such as the old paintings on the walls. We had a good brainstorming session and the designer guided us through the faulty areas of our house design that they can mend. Soon, they offered us a revamped home within 3 months, keeping the spirit of the house as it is.

Of all dreams that we dream, to build a home that suits our panache is the most recurring yet hard to turn to reality. I write to thank Bonito Designs for bringing my dream home into reality. Their experience, professional approach, and execution speed is commendable. They took detailed notes to understand my ideas and then fleshed out design options for me to choose from. Tirelessly, they detailed every nook and cranny to perfection. The pains they took in helping me select materials, the suggestions they offered, and their commitment to deliver on time is much appreciated. Their attention to details singularly has amazed me. The quality of their work is an experience.
I firmly believe that the compliments I get from friends and family who visit us belong to them too. If you dream of building a home, I highly recommend the Bonito Team!!! I would like to share my opinion about Bonito Designs an interior designing firm in Bangalore, recently I met this people to check the details about the product and pricing, frankly speaking, I went there to check only, as my flat is not yet ready so I am just exploring the interior options within budget, I saw their FB page & YouTube Videos and reached their office, first thing I would like to appreciate them for their response. They explained to me about each and every material and the pricing they showed samples. I am completely new to this section so I asked a lot of questions they gave answers for each and explained me pros and cons.

I would sincerely apologies for the delay in giving feedback about the work done by Designer Yogesh , Project manager Raghu , Carpenter Minto and Electrician Jagdish . Let me start about my family experience with Bonito , We approached Bonito for the interior design of our 3 Bhk flat and wanted to get it done for couple of rooms . Ramya the CRM was good enough to convince us about the project rules and regulations which included the payment schedule and all. We were skeptical initially to part with the payments . we met designer Yogesh and explained the requirements, i must admit the patience and level of customer service that yougesh has demonstrated is exemplary. he understood our requirement and had design ready for us to approve . As in any project there were iterations due to some design changes that we required for puja unit in living room. The outcome of it and recommendation that yogesh had provided is wonderful. Once the project started we were introduced to Raghu , he was assigned as project manager . Raghu adhered to the timelines and made sure work is completed on time as we needed . he has demonstrated the PM skills and was very helpful in explaining the stages of execution. During execution he was constantly monitoring and also helped us to explain the exact look and feel of the end product. We had many queries and Raghu with his patience character used to listen and debreif us with our queries . Raghu made us very comfortable and we were sure the outcome / project is in safe hands. We were bit disappointed on the electric work however nothing to complain about Jagdish . We had a limited knowledge on the electric work . Jagdish made work to be simpler and at end the electric work has come out beautifully. The credit of it would go to Jagdish as electrician and Raghu as PM. We were also fortunate enough to get Minto as carpenter , he did the best work of fittings and did follow promptly the instructions from Raghu. Over all our flat was converted to a house/home where we feel very satisfied every time we enter the house . it has been a pleasure to know Bonito team and we are very pleased with their work .

Looking for them to do my appartment house interior

Buying a house in Bangalore was a straneous job because we were very particular, but we wanted to make it look exactly like how we envisioned, and hence chosing the right design company was something very important, went to a lot of companies in the market and almost everywhere we went people just wanted to capture our requirements and give us a basic quote.
When we came to Bonito , the way our onboarding process went on, was something beyond our expectations, where everything from lifestyle to aesthetic preferences were captured to ensure a personalised design experience. And then how designer and design manager put their expertise in place made us sure of the choice.
During execution, project head and manager were on top of things to ensure it was completed on time, yes there were quite a few hiccups in terms of cost and timeline , but those were somewhere expected, overall we are happy with the end result, and the compliments we have received from our friends and family are inexplicable.
If at all we plan to buy another property , I would be more than willing to come back again.

Very good service provided. There were some issues and they were duly addressed by the Bonito team. PM James went all out to support and provided the changes as expected with very good attitude towards the client.

Most of the 5 star reviews are fake & planted by themselves. Look at the number of 1 star reviews they have. Cannot be such a huge difference of experience! They delete negative comments on Facebook posts too. All part of their marketing strategy to fool people into paying 25k.

It's too expensive though they have great design ideas but still always they prepare quote of minimum 8 lacs

I have been working in Bonito Designs from past two months. I have never felt like a new joinee in this company. Every employee that I have been reached out are supportive. The work culture makes us to work more. This is not only a place of professionalism, but also a place of fun. There are no cons as for now.

They are very professional.They understand the client's requirements and put their own excellent ideas to make it look best .They are very helpful and takes proper care of the customer and their interests. Totally satisfied and very happy to work with them. I recommend all to go with Bonito.

It was a smooth experience from start to finish. The designer, Arun was very accommodating of all the new changes that we kept bringing in. He was patient in changing the designs to suit our needs till it reached perfection to our eyes. The best part of the journey was working with the Project Manager, Sharukh who delivered the house on the promised date. The entire execution was completed in 25 days and they made sure the house was clean and ready for the house warming. They also made sure the minor problems were resolved during the handover.
Their Vendor Relationship Management(Non Modular Work that they coordinate for you) has to definitely improve and the coordination between VRM and the execution team was lacking.
On a whole I would recommend Bonito designs.

Very bad service . Designer hardly considers the opinions . Moreover never takes initiative in scheduling appointment. The designer has no ideas for space utilization . Truly disappointed

Not worth the money you spend. Some of their designers are good and some not, the one I dealt is not skillful. Highly commercial. If you know someone else(individual carpenter) whom you can trust, better to go with them and avoid bonito.

Background:
I was following Bonito from last 3 years. Their projects really impressed me.
Their good work made me to go with them for my new flat.

What I expected,
- Budget friendly design
- On-Time hand over
- Quality and detail execution
- Without much my personal time investment.
- Post hand-over service support

Now, let me talk in detail what I got,

Design:

Ms. Rashmi was assigned for my project. Considering my requirements and budget, she was able to finish the design in very less time. I was impressed with her plan, design, out of box thinking.

If I ignore few minor changes, the design was Right-First-Time.
Design was new, fresh and unique. I must say, she did a very good job.
She also extended her support for curtain, sofa set, lights and other accessories selections.
Very impressed with her work.

Execution,

Execution was nightmare.
Delayed Production, multiple faulty installations, miscommunication among themselves, led to big mess.
Inexperienced project manager was the main reason behind this.
Unfortunately, he met with an accident and was unavailable from middle of the project. But, They didn't assign another manager.
They had told me that it will be seamless execution without my own involvement.
But, it turned out totally opposite. After his accident, I was acting like their 'Project Manager'.

Story doesn't end here.....

When, I started coordinating, I saw other face of Bonito team. They have some unprofessionals right from carpenters to senior supervisors.
They were trying to hide their mistakes by taking my name. They tried to shift the blame on me by saying that I was changing the specs too often
But, the fact was I didn't change a single spec from the design. They were not able to find solution for their wrong installations.
They had also misinformed by the staffs that I approved whatever they did. Surprising and laughable.

I had already paid 95% of the total amount, project is delayed more than 1 month, they had to fix some faulty installations....
After many request, I finally could talk to one of their senior member of management team (Mr. Bharath).
There after, they fixed the few pending snags. But, damage was already done before his visit.

Bonito promised me of service certificate right after my final payment.
It has been more than 1 month since the payment but I am yet to get that. I know, I have to run behind them again......

Now, let me conclude with few positive take away,
- Bonito has good team of designers,
- Designers don't wash their hands off after the design, they do support with lights, fans, accessories, selections too.
- Quality material and production
- Mr. Praveen Reddy from Vendor Relationship Management was quick, sharp and very prompt in his role.
- They also some understanding and supportive members.

Suggestions,
- I have already communicated all the grey areas and informed the scope for betterment to the management.
- Sooner they understand and fix, better it would be for them. Other wise there are many options in the market for the customers.

I give 3/5 star. I take out 1 star for customer negligence and other 1 star for unprofessional staffs. 3 stars for design, material and vendor support.

They have their best designers and skilled carpenter and a very responsible management team, Especially my CRM - Ms. Sneha Pishe who took care of our home from day one. and thru her, Our project was assigned to the best PM, and carpenter, Both of them were very cooperative and patiently answered all our queries. and best in coordinating with us and getting things done on time, not even a single day the work had stopped. they gave us the house well furnished before the timelines and quoted the right budget as requested. Bonito made our work easy. though we weren't around there to monitor, Bonito made sure the quality is met along with the time frame. We appreciate all his efforts put on, to make my house look beautiful. Bonito's team is a Highly skilled and carpenter's talentedly skilled. They knew what should be done when and how. not even a single error was found in quality inspection, has committed while working and the finish was gaven is awesome. So overall Bonito is the best home Interiors.

Good company around Bangalore .would recommend others to go with it.

I went there with my wife to enquire about interiors on 9th Oct, a guy was lying on sofa with headphones plugged in and was least bothered. We stood in there office for almost 5-10 minutes no one noticed or bothered to even see us. Really unprofessional! Will never visit or recommend anyone.

This is not a place where any one must invest. Unfortunately I have wasted 8.6lakhs with them. They have a policy of taking all the money before the work starts at site. The trust that I had on them to do it professionally has landed me in such a state of shame. My housewarming ceremony is planned. I had told the team much in advance. Yet my work remains in complete. Believe it or not not a since room is complete and will be for my house warming ceremony because they give reasons and excuses like staff issues, material delay, weekly offs. They don't have any alternative. Considering lack of time, I had begged them to finish my work but the whole team-Kiran, Irfan, Meera, Smitha, Manish have no commitment of to it. Some don't answer the call. Some say excuses like weekly off, not well. Workers met with accident. I know you my think am exaggerating.. This is so true.. A owner who has wasted his money is telling this for you all to be aware of. Don't trust this. They don't keep a replacement. Two carpenters are allotted to the site and they also sometimes don't turn up. Reasons are they met with accident. I understand, but what about sending somebody else.

A big shout out to Bonito for the fabulous work done for our 2.5 bhk apartment. I am writing this review after 4 months of installation as I wanted to check if their furniture solution passed the real world test at our home. I am amazed by their quality, installation and design standards. I have another apartment in Mumbai. Please start providing your services in Mumbai as well.

I came to know about the great services by Bonito Designs from one of my friends. Seeing her home decor, there was nothing that could stop me from contacting the experts of Bonito Designs. One thing that I loved about them was that they offered us customization of the designs. Also, the designer had a keen eye and checked out even the smallest details that can be either changed or can be arranged as it is but in a different way. Today whenever someone arrives at our home, we keep being showered with positive compliments about our home interiors that feel really amazing.

Worst experience . They trap you asking you to pay 15000 initially do not approach them please you will be stuck inbetween . We get stuck in between with no work done on time. Do not trust them i had worst experience with them. No one will attend call on time . There is no point of contact for escalation . Full of miss communication . later if you want refund they will say organization is not approving and you have to end up paying the amount and get cheated easliy.whom ever you contact will say sorry mam even we are employees its company rule.

What I love about Bonito Designs is that they offered us a completely transformed home interior. Whenever we have a guest now, they are always in awe of the interiors that we have got. Definitely, Bonito Designs have offered us a house interior that we can flaunt proudly in front of anyone who visits our house. There are so many relatives who have asked us the mastermind behind such a beautiful den that we have got. I have mentioned to them about Bonito Designs too and the ones who have taken their service also talk about an outstanding result and a smooth service experience.

I am writing this review as a general overview of these people , they waste lots of time in giving presentations only they don't give any budget / quotation or design until unless u will signup n waste ur 25,000 rs and now you are trapped. They will call u, msg u anytime morning, afternoon, evening and night. If you are not going to proceed their services then you need to give them explaination, it's totally like harrasment and kind of bullying. I regret why did I even contact them.
Now if you have signed up with them , u can change the design, reject the design on the basis of your budget you are looking for. Marketing marketing marketing are the things they do better to start developing trust between u n clients. Clients are not blind or ur relatives that they will trust u on your previous work.

Horrible design company. Their designers are incompetent and overpriced. I wouldn't even give them 1 star. Don't fall for their promotional videos on YouTube.

I lost time n money trying to get them to deliver a design. Even after 50 days of consultation, they could not sum up my requirements, let along give me an acceptable design. After this long, and having paid my current landlord additional rent for the delays, I had no choice but to drop them and look for another interiors company ( who believe it or not, came up with an good design in under a week).
I just did not have confidence that these idiots from Bonito could deliver the interiors.
At one point during consultations, their designer even asked me to pay for additional consultation meetings when it was her incompetence that had led to prolonged meetings.

The relationship manager was no good either. Just another business woman focussed on marketing than delivery.. In our first meeting, she had given a quotation. This increased 2.5 times after I paid the booking amount and the first consultation when my requirements had not changed at all. I later figured that the first quotation was a predatory one.. just to trap customers by making them pay the booking fee.

I have been horribly cheated by these crooks. I wouldn't recommend them even to my worst enemies.. heed my advise and stay away from them

Bonito Designs did a great job with my home's interiors. My parents and kids loved the place. They were very co-operative in meeting most of our demands and fulfilled them even the designer listen to my kids demand also which really touch my heart the sensitivity and love shown by them. Before fixing the design we visited their HSR Layout Experience Center, where we receive the idea about the design, various materials used, lighting, color & paints which intrigue me the most and loved the transparency Bonito shown.
They also finished my work within the promised time frame. There were few disagreements on few things but all were timely addressed by their CRM and Project Manager. I would like to specially call out our designer Priyanka for brilliantly designing our home and transform our dreams into reality, frankly speaking I really did not expected such an amazing execution. Also my special thanks to Pujal & Sonali from Project Management team and for their support and patience.

Marketing people will promise less time to attract customers, they will talk about quality. Execution team does not value the time of customer, they work in their own pace. No coordination among teams. Multiple time they need to take measurements. They will give false promise. If you have lots of time like 6 months to 1 year in your hand, you can go with them.
They will not start any work unless you pay them the money in the required intervals. After you pay 60% they will delay the project. They will pay the penalty with the interest earned on your money.
Always look for someone who can give the balance of both quality and timeline.

I visited Bonito after going through videos in u tube. I contacted them over phone and met them at thei office. It was a pleasant meeting and I got all the questions cleared at one meeting. They have a professional approach and a great experience. Mr Manzoor and Ms Mikita are the two to mention about their good customer relation approach. They make me understand all the details and the work is going on smoothly

Initial phase was gud, design and quality of work is good and that is the only reason for giving 2 starts otherwise i would give one star.our project started 5 months ago and they did everything ontime until they handover the project.our project manager promised us to do some pending works after painting so we agreed to them and took the handover. After handover they showed their true colours and kept us wait to complete the pending work.We have been waiting from 2-3 months but there is no response from them. Even the electrical work done by them was badly planned . They didn't consider 2 way switches,used switches given for one purpose to different purposes and take the wire out from other place completely to give it to another place etc. We have to wait weeks for even small things like cabinet chain, fixing soft close hinge etc.

The passion of the founders and the team that work here is unmistakable. The options they provide is truly mind boggling and the quality of the output gets a 'wow' from everyone who looks at it.

As this was my 1st home I was looking forward to add the wow factor to my 1st home and with this in mind I approached bonito as I had seen couple of videos of them and had been following them over a year for the fab work which they do on consistent basis.
The bonito team were very professional and had good understanding of project overall.
The design phase was great and it helped us visualize things well in advance.

The only disappointing factor was execution of design.
The project execution was not as expected due to the following reasons :

1. Too much of micro management has to be done by me.
2. The project deadline as promised was missed multiple times.
3. The skill-set of carpenters assigned for my project was not up to the mark. I was expecting a lot better.
4. The execution was really handled in a bad way and things were not taken care from start which caused further delay and re-work pre and post handover of my flat.

But as we say finally what came out with considerable efforts from our side which added a wow factor to our home. Wish this was seamless and hassle free in future for all.

Pathetic service, work took 4 months from promised 2 months. Poor finishing. Recurring problems all the time. Incomplete work.
Very poor service. Deeply regretted this choice. I spite off all this they charge a premium rate claiming to be a premium service provider. Get serious please. People are not fools.

We were renovating our home and came across Bonito Designs. We liked the design elements, specially the way the 'wow' factor started from the moment you entered the foyer. We were looking for an amalgamation of traditional with modern, and that's exactly what Bonito offered us. It has been a pleasure working with them.

By seeing beautiful YouTube videos i thought we will take there service..called them and fixed appointment..in discussion they first gave there company introduction after that when we started about our requirements like quote, work plan, time frame etc..they said first pay 25k then only we will proceed.. without 25k we won't talk anything about our requirements and won't give any quote..i have transferred 25k by trusting them..but my husband aked them for refund of 25k since he don't want to continue with such unprofessional people since they were asking 25k just to give quote without any service..they said once you pay it's lost for ever i wont get back..it's non refundable..My husband felt very bad for hard earned money..we request them to refund..called every day..they never received phone calls..if we call with some other number they will pick up phone and give irrelevant answers, each day we called most 2-3 times, this was every day event for 1 month.. every time same story..we won't get back our money..higher up will take call.. i have wasted my precious time and energy..had mental agony ..quarrel with husband for my silly mistake.. suffered a lot, such a cheaters, felt very much disappointed. I will never recommend anybody to Bonito.. everybody should stay away from them..this is there true Color..before starting work this is there attitude, imagin once you start work with them what will be our fate with our hard earned money. Please don't get fooled by nice images, youtube video and fake positive reviews.. They will trap you then start playing there game..trust them with your own risk..Best of luck for Bonito believers..

So, this is my turn to review Bonito designs and here we go:

Rating: 3.5 stars (cheeky Google!)

>> Initial meet (Safiya):
A very energetic person that is good at selling. She gave us a quotation after a 45 mins meeting at their office at HSR. The total project cost was nearly the same as the quotation.

>> Design (Anuja, Kanika, Mikita)
I must say Anuja was super quick at getting us the 1st phase of design just by looking at the house for just about half hour. Not a very responsive person though in terms of communication. In the final product, we ve retained 85% of her designs/proposals. Unfortunately, she had to leave the company for reasons unknown.

Kanika was another one that was quick and very communicative. She helped us finish all the designs and provided us the 2Ds as well. For our surprise, she had left the company as well!

Then comes Mikita that was with us until the completion of the project. She had also extended her services to help us buy designer lights and so on. While Mikita has been fairly good/supportive throughout the project, I would like to humbly suggest that she improves on her skills to keep the customer updated with the progress of whatever she said she would do to the customer. Being on top of emails/phone calls also helps a lot to deliver a better customer experience.

>> Execution:

= Summary: An okay execution with a huge snag list. Prime reason behind this is wrong measurements, although the measurements were taken twice! due to which most of the things have been sent back to the factory as they did not fit into the measured area. The units were either bigger or smaller. 2D drawings were there for a reason, but, they were not thoroughly followed in the factory as few units/laminates turned out to be different from what was on 2D. I had to obviously micro-manage to get these things sorted (which was a pain as I was away from the country). The first assigned project manager was new and had no idea what to do!

While execution was a bit of a mess in the very beginning, Abhishek comes along, the 2nd project manager. Ever since he came in, things started to become smoother and quicker. He was professional, attentive, a good listener and quick at getting things sorted/escalated. He knew what he was doing and what needed to be done. This has reduced our stress to a greater extent. Well done Abhishek! Continue the good work.

During the execution there was a need to move quite a few electric points and install new ones. Maarappa, the electrician from Bonito was very easy to work with. You tell him something once, it s exactly done the way you ve asked him to; probably better. His work is neat, quick and of top quality. Well done and keep up the good work!

Shabeer, the carpenter from Bonito is really good. He is one that d done the entire work for us, of course, with his fellow team.

The final output is about 85% on par with the design.
The finish is not bad, although, there is still some minor problems.
Quality of materials is good.
Overall, I found Bonito to be on the expensive side.

>> Points to ponder:

In general;
- Communication needs to improve a lot in order to keep the customer updated about the progress.
- Do not let the customer ring up or write emails several times asking for progress. Being proactive is the key to customer satisfaction.
- Attend phone calls or have the courtesy to return phone calls, at least.
- When you commit to a time, please be realistic. I get it, we re in India. Even then, an hour is NOT half a day (or more)!

Would I recommend Bonito? Well, yes and no. No, if peace of mind is what you re after during your interiors. Yes, if you re ready to be on top of things, to micro manage when needed and to check the progress in person while the work is in progress.

I approached Bonito Interiors after seeing couple of their videos in YouTube. This is my first possession of a property and I wanted to ensure its been handed over to a reliable Interior designers whom I can completely trust and most importantly have some piece of mind once the work has been entrusted. With the kind of hectic work schedule it s difficult to closely monitor the work, but I can say Bonito team have done an wonderful work overall.

If I recall, my engagement with Bonito started with a query posted on their website. I got a call from Bonito (Jacqueline) within 2 days and which followed up by an appointment with Irfan & Mohana who are from the design team at Bonito's office in HSR Layout. We had few rounds of discussions and the design team came up with 2D & 3D designs and accommodated our ideas into the overall project plan. Execution piece was handled by Shakti & his team. Shakti being an hands-on person has lot of practical & realistic approach and been a good input provider even during the installation stage. They (Shakti/Irfan) could accommodate some of the changes even during the final phases. The end product came out well as mentioned in design.

Most of my regular interactions has been with Irfan primarily and during the execution with Shakti (project Mgr). Very much an approachable team.

Irfan has always an smiling face inspite of other work commitments. I don t recall any day he didn t responded to my call, during the course of the project. He has lots of patience and customer focus. If you couldn t reach anyone in Bonito, call Irfan :-) and he will ensure things are done. Finally would like to thank Irfan, Mohana, Shakti, Meher and Chandru (and the entire Bonito Mgmt) who goes the extra mile to make customer happy and made my dream come true.

I would strongly recommend to engage Bonito who will not disappoint you. Thank you, Bonito!!!

We checked out many Videos on YouTube and ratings before contacting Bonitos and requesting for an appointment. We travelled quiet a distance to reach the office. Whilst we were very impressed with the finishing of the products on display that we saw in the office and the designs we were shown on the laptop etc, I think there was a lot of inhibition to share an approximate quote with us to make any decision and this was even after we told them that we are genuinely interested in proceeding. We came back with an impression that there may be many hidden costs involved. To be fair, this may have been to avoid letting out any prices or could be down to an individual not giving out information which could have created this perception.

Thank you for doing interiors for our dream home. Entire Bonito team demonstrated the professional and quality of work throughout the project. The way they executed the project, earned my trust on them to build my dream home. The finished home exceeds our expectation of what we had imagined after the design finalization. I'm extremely satisfied with the quality of work provided by Bonito.
