Worst customer service ever. Mass health is now worse than standing in line a the DMV. Hung up on twice. No one knows anything. This is embarrassing for this state.
Horrible. I m at the pharmacy and I can t get my medications because masshealth has not updated their system to reflect that I don t have a primary insurance since over a month ago and apparently the system is down so I have to wait 24-48 hours at the least she says...so I have insurance but they won t pay because of an error in their system. Thanks for all the help. Your customer service agents have crazy attitudes and seem to not be able to provide any solutions for any issues. God forbid I was to keel because of this.
very rude representatives beside the 65 phone calls for the same information request it is just insane. Masshealth STOP!!
MassHealth customer service (phone) is fantastic! When I didn't hear back about my application and called to check on it, they were able to get me enrolled within minutes. They were also very helpful with personal phone reminders for making sure proper documentation is submitted for remaining on MassHealth.
I called the enrollment number and I spoke to Sean/Shawn today @9am. He was amazing! I was patient throughout the call because I was praying to be approved for coverage. Took 30 min but I was approved. He was pleasant with no attitude.
I was given this insurance and they randomly just change health providers without telling you. Next I was at the doctor and they wouldn't see me cause my ins. changed. I had to reschedule. Then I went a month later. Same thing happened. I was fortunate to get helpful customer service reps and they switched it back. Never will understand that?
Besides that it is great!
Terrible customer service. They are still living in 60s. Who doesn't offer online services these days?
The customer rep I talked to today was so refreshing after an aggravating two weeks dealing with miserable rude people! I had to get alot done these last couple weeks and today it was Masshealth. I waited not even two minutes and Deandra answered so nicely and upbeat. I realized I wasn't even prepared for what i needed help with because I am just burnt out&all over the place and had to actually put her on hold while i looked through things and she was patient, sweet, helpful and polite. I appreciated Deandra dealing with me so well lol. It was really nice to finally get help and things done by someone with a great attitude. Why can't more reps be like this?
I have a disabled family member on Mass Health it is a godsend. I work with someone whose Alabama nephew has the same problems. The difference in health care from her descriptions is night and day.
