Awesome office staff and therapists! My son has been receiving therapy here for 6 months and within a week the ladies in the office knew him by name and always greet us with a smile. They also are very helpful whenever I need to call in to reschedule or when I am requesting documents. His speech therapist and occupational therapist go above and beyond to inform me on his progress and always answer any questions I have regarding the activities he does with them. The center is very clean and also very safe. I will continue to bring my son to kid therapy. :)

We are so grateful for the therapists and admin staff. Addy has a long journey ahead, but I m confident she will be successful because of Kids Therapy. In a short period, Addy has shown tremendous progress in speech, fine motor, hand& eye coordination, gross motor, following directions, and so much more. The therapists frequently communicate goals, progress, and strategic approaches. I appreciate all their insight and advice for at home to-dos. The staff is well organized, extremely helpful & efficient, knowledgeable, professional, and approachable.

1st time there was this past Tuesday and it was complete chaos. The front office staff know nothing. We had to search around for a room. I was called back late and rushed out of our 1 hour "review" time we are supposed to have. I have called back and nobody knows anything about when i should get my sons results. They have no manners and I will not be returning there. As soon as i get my results, Im done with this place.

My daughter is very happy here, she loves the therapists she has had 4 different in one year and all of them have been very helpful.
The place is always clean and when some kid makes a mess they clean it right away.
The staff is really nice.
After been kiked out of several places for having a special noisy kid it feels nice that they make the effort to make you feel welcome and my child progress speaks for it!!!

My niece LOVE her therapist. She love to tell me when she get a star. I have seen a lot of improvement. Am very grateful for Kid Therapy. Everyone is great specially the receptionist. :)

let me say, do your research before you decide. First impressions are everything to me and should be important for a business And this business does not care. When I arrived for my sons appointment i was very disappointed. The building is old, lobby chairs have stains and you can tell they have not been cleaned. The equipment used for therapy was extremely worn out. There was no room to have our appointment. We had to wait 10 minutes to find a place. My other issue are the receptionists they don t know anything! They couldn t answer my questions and kept asking me to hold and would transfer to someone else. They there is one girl who was wearing scrubs and looked presentable but she was clueless the other big jumbo lady looked like she just rolled out of bed and went to work. She was also very loud and rude in front of the other parents in the lobby. Very unprofessional the way she was dressed. I work in an office setting with reception and that would be an embarrassment to the company. Seems like they don t care very much. I have requested my paperwork so I can go elsewhere and I have yet to receive it, no answers when I call. Very very unprofessional.

When you see a smile on your child s face and you hear him say I m exited to go to therapy, that means,kids Therapy is doing a
GREAT JOB!!!!! Staring from the two young ladies in the front , they are always so nice and polite , Never have I seen a bad attitude towards any parent or child. And I am extremely happy with the two Therapists that my son has. My son has improved so much in so little time. Thank you Kidstherapy

This truly is the place where children CAN! ALL the Physical, Occupational and Speech therapist are amazing. They are ALL highly qualified, loving and a caring group. I recommend this rehabilitation center to anyone who is looking for a place to take their child or children. You wont regret it!

My 2 year old loves her therapist and is always excited to work! Anna Kay has been amazing for us. The front desk staff is friendly and helpful as is the billing staff. My daughter has made excellent progress with her speech and is better equipped to communicate her needs since we started therapy here.

They miss five stars because the lobby is in need of updating (often messy in the afternoons, not comfortable when you have to wait during an appointment) and because there have been issues when I wanted to pay an invoice but did not have the actual invoice with me (their software wouldn't allow them to look it up). If I could, I'd give them 4.5-4.75 stars.
