To those in the Fishing game this weir on the Rive...

To those in the Fishing game this weir on the River Dane is the most quaintest Spot you will ever visit, memory's of these Brilliant Swims produce fish of Great Quality, and in abundance.
The RIVER DANE is a river that holds many memory's over the years.
Full of Chub and Giant Barbel,in most swims look for big Dace very Large Gudgeon ,as well all predator species
The Wildlife along all of this lovely river is Tremendous
Many of the Fishing Rights are controlled by very strict member only stretches, and Advice should be sought by either contacting the Land owner or Any of the Fishing organisation
Most of the Fishing on the River Dane is controlled in Holmes chapel by the Fishing club Bay Malton
Other clubs are Northwich AA
Winsford AA and Prince Albert
The latter of the clubs owning one of the most prestigious Spots at Sweatenham
Overall there are plenty of lovely walks even if you are not fishing, there is a lot of public right of way, and loads of hidden Secret Footpaths,
And magnificent River walks
