Expensive I was working there to get ready for the car show.

The event I attended was great but due to the large number of attendees it was ridiculously hard to get through security!

Spacious and clean. Not sure if it was because of the event that I was at, but the food is beyond pricey: $7 for a hotdog is outrageous.

Huge convention center. Connected to the Westin. Somewhat hard to navigate. Overall a fine venue for Chicago.

Went here for PAX east and it was a blast. Big convention center with organized staff to keep the event going smoothly. Could use larger restrooms though.

The place itself is nice but Freeman is insufferable

They did a great job with the shuttle service. Easy to get in and out of convention center. Beautiful space! Was there for the autoshow!

Great space for convention but nothing else to do. The Hynes convention ctr. has plenty of options for people to go out. Only high price restaurants around Convention ctr. I hope we go to the Hynes for future meetings.

Great venue, went during pax east, very open, I deal space.

Attended the car show. The space is open and bright. The car show itself was unimpressive.

Pros:
-Very large space
-Lots of vendors and small events
-Decent amount of free things being given away
-Well ventilated (not hot even while wearing a jacket)
-Lines to enter was fast even if it was long
-Very clean (not many messes or spills; it must be cleaned up fast)

Cons:
-Very little food variety
-Men to female bathroom ratio doesn't make sense. There are a lot of men here and the bathrooms do not reflect that. (Line ups for men's washroom vs nobody in female bathrooms)
-Very few places to sit

Love attending the boat show here. Easy parking and short walking distance to event.

MND Conference for 3 days. Excellent facilities, good food provided. Great venue.

My first visit was in 2014 for an event and it was a great experience. It is a very large place so get prepared to walk. However, if you happen to need assistance, they do offer cart rides to those who can't do a lot of walking. The food served during lunch was a wide variety and eclectic. Rooms for the meeting were well equipped and comfortable.

Closest T Stop is South Station - from there it is a 15 minute walk to the convention centre. It is nearby many of the hotels Westin, Aloft, Renaissance, etc. Nearby there are quite a few restaurant choices as well.

Good layout, easy to find rooms. Great place for large conferences.

This is a really big center. My fiance was here for the red hat summit. It has free wifi.

A standard big city convention center. Horribla lines for food, long delays.

One of the biggest convention centers in the country. Every expo that I have went to here has been great. Can be difficult to get around, but that's only because the place is so huge!

Wonderful and helpful staff that can also help you get around the city if you're not from the area

Easy access with many hotels nearby. Place was clean, very organized and well maintained.

I found the layout confusing and signage unhelpful. It was difficult getting one's bearings in the exhibits area.

Nice venue, can't really knock it for anything. Huge parking area.

Auto show is a long standing tradition , best place to see it

I go to BCEC for PAX East! It's the best place for a great Con!

Hugggge convention center with lots of rooms and different types of setups to meet your needs. Spans multiple floors and is connected to a Westin hotel for those who need a place to stay.

Everything is good about here. Good location, all amenities. And it's huge.

The convention center is home to PAX East, the largest collection of gamer nerd haven if there were was one. The venue seems almost a bit too small to house it but still manages to work. The staff and security while clearly stressed still are kind enough to share a smile as long as you are not rude. The bathrooms are well maintained although there could be a few more on the main convention floor. The lay out is very very large and sprawling but it works out well. The center as a whole is clean, and seeing it was updated 7 years ago still holds strong. Only gripe is parking but it's Boston so.

Don't buy their food. It's utterly disgusting and expensive. $4 for chip. $9 for a crappy hot dog. Support the food trucks.

The walk is really long from the parking lot, but it was clean and everyone is helpful

Very nice hotel. But staff very impolite. Especially if you order room service. Having a coke and a club sandwich is a challenge sometimes. No more buffet breakfast. Only available when hotel is full..... unbelievable.

This convention center is kept very clean. The pictures I took with my cosplays are all done in natural lighting of the large windows. The center is gigantic and has more than enough space to hold us for PAXEast. I've been to other conventions where the location can barely hold it's occupants, but this place is just so massive that it works. Can't wait to go back next year!

Great place for the boat show. Food service staff were very friendly!

Excellent neighborhood anchor. However if Boston wants to attract more of the big conventions it has to allow the bars and restaurants to stay open later and run public transportation later otherwise the big conventions will go to other cities

It's so big. Wonderful facilities to held a big events and conferences.

Went for the Pax East convention. Not enough Bathrooms for the crowd. Also food choice was pretty basic and lines were super long

Great convention center slot of bathrooms around big can be a bit confusing to walk around your first time but they hold pax comic con anime Boston and many others

Great convention place. Very close to airport. Train stations very nearby walking distance..

Went there for the Boston Camping and RV show,great time, so much room, trailers and camper as far as you can see!! I like going here for all sorts of conventions it is a good place to get to and plenty of room without it feeling crowded

As convention centers go, it's ok. Roomy, parking iffy, mass transit access good-IF you have a place to park and get on the train/bus.

RV show, lots of campers but too many people to enjoy viewing them!

If you want to upraise your horizontal of the world, here is a good place.Feel free to linger in side and no one will oust you .

Large convention center, was there for an Orgill show. Surrounding area is nice too. Easy to get to.

Been to a few conventions here and all have been awesome. Though, prepare to do a lot of walking. It's huge.

Great convention center. Have been for several events there and it is maintained very well.

Very spacious. Offers a food court with multiple sites of food. We attended for the PAX East convention. So there were other vendors all throughout the show floor.

I really enjoyed going to the convention, ot was fun to see every thing for sale and there were alot of cool cosplayers.

Great place to have a convention at. Could have more food vendors when such a large crowd in attendance.

Very nice venue. Clean and spacious. There are greeters at the main doors to help direct you to wherever you need to go.
