Surprised to see a review saying "friendly staff", the man I dealt with was incredibly rude and even quite aggressive - would not go back!

Sara Wallworth - who has left a 5 star review - is a Planning Engineer for the company. Phil Mather - who has also left a 5 star review - is an Industrial Engineer for the company. I think the whole point of the ratings system is so that customers can leave a rating isn't it?
