I went in expecting to buy the Bronco Sport. I loved the features of it and loved the ride. I was looking for a vehicle that would directly connect to my motorhome. I felt the Bronco Sport might be bigger than I wanted.. My sales person, Shaun Kim, suggested I look at the Escape. It is beautiful, comfortable and it's a Hybrid. I've been driving a Nissan Leaf for 3 years, so going to a hybrid is just what I wanted. They didn't give me what I wanted for my Leaf so I plan to sell it on my own. Great experience.
Just want to start off with the fact that I am more and more impressed each time I come in to this dealership. Everyone is happy and there to help. My adviser Christina went about and beyond her call of duty while helping me not just this time but past times as well. She listens to all my concerns and takes those to her techs. They address all my concerns even if it s to say I could not find anything but this may be what it is so look out for this in the future. She is on top of calling with updates if things aren t going well etc. She has earned the title of being my adviser and I will continue to do my business with her in the future. We ordered all the "extras" from Eric. Easy and painless (except the cost of course). He had a great sense of humor and was easy to work with.
Then we WAITED and WAITED, two hours and forty-five minutes to finalize all the paperwork. That is WAY beyond what's reasonable.
When we finally arrived at the finance office we were greeted by Mike. I'm sure he was told how long we'd been waiting so he was prepared and had everything in order. He was very forthcoming and affable. We were out of there in a minimum amount of time.
So overall, the men were great to work with and that's why this review is a five star. It was only the waiting time that was unacceptable.
Just picked up a GMC Sierra AT4 from here and I gotta say I'm beyond impressed with our sales rep Andrew. I had been searching for a new truck for quite some time, taking test drives, and holding conversations with multiple dealers, to the point that I was driving my wife insane, but Andrew EARNED my business. He connected with us and was just so down-to-earth. My wife and I didn't feel like we were dealing with a car salesman, but rather a friend trying to get us the best deal possible. I've got my dream truck, thanks in large part to Andrew. If you're in the market for a new ride, regardless of what it is, give my guy Coach Ski (aka Andrew) some consideration.
Purchased a vehicle here and paid extra for the wonderful "bumper to bumper warranty" they sell you on. I would be hard pressed to say that I would recommend this place. No support of the customer with issues related to warranty coverage. Feels like they really run a scam on you here....as long as you NEVER HAVE VEHICLE PROBLEMS....you're good to go. Otherwise, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. I write this to hopefully help others is not dealing with terrible and non Military supporting businesses like this!
