Andrew made the experience of buying a new truck actually pleasant. He was very knowledgeable of the Ford Ranger we were interested in purchasing. But the best part of this purchasing process was that Andrew was very efficient, thoughtful and comfortable to work with. STRESS-FREE and HASSLE-FREE
We ordered all the "extras" from Eric. Easy and painless (except the cost of course). He had a great sense of humor and was easy to work with.
Then we WAITED and WAITED, two hours and forty-five minutes to finalize all the paperwork. That is WAY beyond what's reasonable.
When we finally arrived at the finance office we were greeted by Mike. I'm sure he was told how long we'd been waiting so he was prepared and had everything in order. He was very forthcoming and affable. We were out of there in a minimum amount of time.
So overall, the men were great to work with and that's why this review is a five star. It was only the waiting time that was unacceptable.
