The healthcare system I work for uses Maxim for coding services. It is a pleasure to work with them. They provide high quality coders in a timely fashion. Communication is top notch. In particular, Gautam and Hannah go above and beyond and always ensure the needs of my team are met.

Maxim Healthcare is a company that I would highly recommend as an excellent place to work for several reasons. You can have a wonderful job but if management is bad, then you working experience will not be good. Management at MAXIM is professional and very quick to respond to any need that arises. I hope to continue working with MAXIM until I retire.

I have been with Maxim Healthcare for 2 years as a remote medical coder. I have had nothing but good experiences with them. They are professional, courteous, and very hands on with their employees. They care for your welfare. I get help when needed and they are extremely responsive and allow room for change at a moments notice as long as there is communication. As the manager of a coding department I appreciated the ease of working with the team at Maxim. They take care of everything!
