Maryland Live Casino Review

Casino? If you like slots go here. Cheesecake factory is connected, burger restaurant, seafood, etc. I need table games but everything is electronic. Not one deck of cards exists in Live! I can't play without a dealer and cards, is that too much to ask for.

Rooms are nice if you get a suite. The normal rooms remind me of double tree hotel. Good stay, and decent price

I went on a bus trip. We stayed at Maryland Live! I loved everything about it. Will be returning.

Polite staff. Spacious rooms. Comfy bed. Couple good restaurants behind it. Food in lobby is over priced and just on. Happy hour is a good!

Its peaceful close the house easy access to get in waiting for the hotel to finish

Gaming was great. We had a great meal. The location is ideal. Clean.

As far as casinos go, this was one of the worst. Should have just driven to AC or up to West Virginia. For starters, the table limits are too high. I can get past that though, especially since the place was still packed at 5 am. What doesn't make sense to me is that valet isn't free there, and even worse, drinks aren't free. The valet was only $10 (or $5 with a players card), but valet is free at every other casino I've been too, even in the dregs of Mississippi. The drinks still be $5-$10 each doesnt make any sense. It is the main reason we left after only 2 hours of gambling. They did have craps, and i was excited to have table games so close, but this place was a disappointment from the time we pulled up. Not that I smoke, but i don't think you could smoke inside either, which i thought strange for a casino. Really wish they would have done a better job with this.

Very clean, the people who work there were always greeting with a smile, it is huge inside and a plethora of gaming tables and machines, the social distancing was really great i liked how the tables and some of the slots had shields up for your protection, we cannot wait to come back, this was our first encounter but wont be our last

This is the worst casino in the world they can't get no wait for me they are Steve they walk around and if I don't some of the big slot players washing machine that they play and going to another machine and cut it off they make the machine look like it's going to allow you to play it took the machine made it seem like you going to get the stat double stack but they don't they control the machine through another machine and that's say how they take those people money in there you guys when you aren't even playing pay attention to the text to come out and start opening up another machine over there, and they say this machine is out of order when they know is about to hit the jackpot is just so many things that I have paid attention to and I am going to report them to the state of Maryland because they need to be on an investigation for taking money and also I had an inside scoop from one of the employees saying that they cut the machines off on you so you won't win hit the jackpot so please don't go there and spend your money they're taking it

It's a good casino with lotsa good choices very modern

Nice place to go for a getaway! I like staying at a near by hotel that provides a shuttle to the casino.

This is e only casino on this side of map that comps every single night I stay unless I'm in vegas. I give them 5 million stars for treating customers great and giving comps. Hollywood is awful and ive spent a trillion times more. I only wanna go here moving forward. And I've not won here. But I like being treated right

Had a good time here. Lots of variety for gambling. Also, lots of food restaurants but a bit on the expensive side. I really like that there doesn't seem to bed smoking allowed (at least from what I could see. Also enjoyed the live music.

Maryland Live just so happens to be my favorite spot out of all the casinos in our area I really enjoy myself it is my entertainment nine times out of 10 the people are very friendly I I enjoy winning playing and watching others win it's a great place to have fun I Love it thank you.

My 1st time at Maryland Live Saturday enjoyed myself so much went back Sunday ! Just disappointed I lost my hard earned cash! But hopefully when I go back ill win!!!Nice clean and so many great machines to play.

People at the entry can and have been rude on several occasions checking ID, discourteous, felt unwelcomed at times.

I love this place it's like a second home for us. When the dealers get excited with you while you are playing and make you feel like the experience is worth it even if you lose, that's what it's all about. Great food options there too. Headed back this month, never son enough, lol.

This casino has a great poker room and an interesting setup in an upscale shopping mall in Maryland. If you play poker a must visit 2 floors and a great mix of games. Mostly NL texas hold em 1-3 and 2-5. Some mix games a 6-12 Omaha 8/ stud 8 or better hi low. I think PLO was going as well and 5 card big O. Professionally run room good dealers and floor staff and great promotions.

Been there a lots of time but never won or broke even you hear them announced another big winner but you never see or hear anyone celebrating

Your security officers are in need of the ID guide books that have each state and country if IDs that are acceptable. You also need consistency. I used my Utah ID to get in the casiyby the prime rib and when trying to leave the Cheesecake entrance to exit by prime rib you officer told me I had a invalid ID which I know is incorrect because I know for a fact that the Maryland Gaming Commission accepts this form of ID. Luckily you have a empathetic well rounded and knowledgeable Security Manger Charles who looked at my ID and allowed me to enter so I may exit the casino. The older security officers I believe was Henry older dark skin guy with a salt and pepper beard and hair was rude and completely unprofessional her never attempted to scan my ID he just looked at it and said no. That is not a professional way of dealing with that type of situation. If the ID guide books were available at the entrances (which is highly recommended) this situation wouldn't have happened.

Only bad thing is they don't walk around with drinks. Other than that a simple, regular size casino.

We stayed at the live Lofts and really enjoyed our time. They offered a free shuttle to and from the casino every hour all day. The casino is right in the heart of a huge shopping mall featuring many large chains and small shops as well. There are plenty of options to choose for when you want to eat from casual to upscale and cheap too expensive. The rooms were comfy and well-appointed. The bathrooms were very modern. We will visit again and enjoyed our time very much

Overall the casino is ok. Not to thrilled with the garage parking. However, with the the other local casinos and the MGM just opening you would think they would treat therapy patrons a little better. Like all casinos once you sign up for their card they send you various promotional offers. I got an offer for a free room during the week at their LOFT and because it wasnt loaded to the account the lady was like welp she can't do anything for me. I thought because they sent the offer that they could see it at least on their end what they send out. Never had this happen at Dover downs or Atlantic city etc. But I guess ill take my money elsewhere.

Google rewards is paying me twice the amount to give this casino a 5 star review.

Extremely deceitful practices. Read the rules carefully! Video Blackjack on a video poker machine says in the rules that it pays "2 for 1". It makes it look like it pays 2 to 1. IT DOES NOT!!! "2 for 1" means 1 to 1. That rule change alone gives them a 2.77% house edge. 2 to 1 would give you a ~2.23% advantage. I couldn't even see that it said "for" instead of "to" because of black spots on the screen.

What other games are they pulling these type of stunts on?

Really nice facility with lots of games to choose from. Not a great place to gamble though. Minimums are too high too often. If you don't mind playing with your money verse house money go for it if not I would say it's a cool place to causally gamble if your in the area and are shopping. Wouldn't go out my way to go. Also best bet is to go on off peak hours.

Great customer service. Rooms are affordable,nice, and comfortable. So glad that they now have a hotel attached to the casino so when you get tired you can go to your room and relax then go back downstairs when your ready for the slots again. No more drive back and forth from a hotel to the casino.
