Maryland Live Casino Review

Was a decent casino, although I never seem to win here. I think the table minimums are a little high for the casual player. Seemed to be a decent selection of food. I've eaten at the cheesecake factory and Bobby's Burger Palace and had good experiences at both.

Live! Casino & Hotel was a beautiful wedding venue. The staff are so professional, polite and very nice! The venue is gorgeous for weddings and there's lots for guests to do if they stay in the hotel or nearby. We got so many compliments on our wedding and how beautiful it was, and the venue staff and coordinators made sure everything was perfect for our big day!

The hotel staff could use a lesson in hospitality. We were put through a run around for a lost item that finally turned up after we left. Several additional phones calls had to be made. Now they are refusing to ship it until we send a virtual prepaid label. This is despite the fact that they delayed the retrieval process due to their disorganized status. They earned this one star and harsh review based on the manager's greed over a shipping label with less that 5 dollars. How sad is that?
The restaurant staff and casino were very pleasant.

Won absolutely nothing all night above 25 cents. I've been a cardholders since the day they opened and have not gotten Free Slot play. When I question why not I'm being told that I don't play enough. Really now? I use to go there Every Friday with at least $20 more than my SIL and she gets promotional Free Slot Play.

Here's something funny, I got my first half of Silver Streak last year but because my Tier level dropped I'm not eligible for the second half. Really? What does my Tier Level have to do with them celebrating my years of membership?

Their member services don't know their policy and what the hockey stick their doing. According to them I'm playing thousands every time I come there ( please keep in mind that I rarely go there with a $100) and my is RED! it once was Gold but because I don't play enough it's Red. Thank God for Horse Shoe; Charlestown and MGM where they appreciate you coming to their establishment by always giving you weekly free slot play.

Ehh... we usually stop thru different casinos when we travel and this one wasn't any better than average. We put in quite a bit but the machines just weren't hitting. My hubby played some black jack ($15 min) & the dealer seemed to b pretty new and made a few mistakes. Of course it wud b more fun if the returns were bumped up a bit more so ppl win more often. Never saw a drink lady.
Good location though and lots to do around the casino!

if you just want to get away from the chaos crowd then just take a long stretch of a ride.this one area you can find something 4 you're self. plenty stores, restaurant good food , a huge Costco, really nice area just to get out of DC for day or so. Don't waste gas go around block to block. Take a ride.

Came to enjoy the live music and to watch a friend loose $200.00 at the tables.

On my way home from work I decided I had a few extra minutes and I wanted to check this casino out since it was on my way anyways. The place is big and mostly filled with slots, but that's not what I like to play. I started looking around to check out the games. Yes, everything is electronic, but honestly everyone that I watched was winning, including the ''high roller'' section of blackjack where the minimum was $100 a hand. I like to play craps and I was skeptical to try something electronic but I decided to give it a shot. I threw in $20 and left the casino being up $40, not bad I guess for 30 minutes. The craps table isn't all electronic, the only part that is electronic are the bets, the dice are real, jumbo sized dice, that are ''tumbled'' in a glass dome so that you can see them, instead of an electronic system randomly picking numbers. The same was with the roulette wheel. All in all I had a great time, it helps that I won a little, but even if I didn't I would still have given the same rating. Would definitely recommend.

First time in a Casino since my honeymoon... LOL... Won some money! Went with a bus company so we got $25 from Live, a free ride to Arundel Mall did some Christmas shopping and a soda fountain in the Casino. Coupon Mommy scores again!

Beautiful casino! I've never been to a casino before but it was really nice, well lit, not too noisy, the staff was very warm and helpful, from the bartenders to the restroom attendants! We had a blast.

The Room was nice, but some veak smell of perfume. The lobby was very noisy!!

The casino was ok. The restaurant davids. Was horrible service. My calamari and wings came out cold. The service never check back. Took for ever to get the food. Salad came out soggy and soak in dressinh. Very bad experience from the jump. We sit at the bar and the bartender had an attitude

Since MGM opened they never let you win much. All the food places have gone down hill, except Prime Rib. This is the last Casino that I will choose to go to anymore.

Great atmosphere, fun place to hang out with friends and to spend a wednesday night. Only thing I had issue with, is that the restaurant service was slow, and they didnt understand how to use their payment kiosk.

The ambience is good the only problem is the slots are a little tight. But all in all it's not a bad place.

I Spent a couple of night at MD LIVE CASINO AND HOTEL They did a fantastic job building the new hotel it is well done, colorful and absolutely beautiful. From the time I walk in to the lobby for check in the staff great me with a smile and professional manor. Ones I check in and get to my room it is breath taking the floor, bathrooms the bed and the lightning is very inviting beautiful and clean. They have several places to chose for dining the prime rib,davids,philps,Luk Fu and more. The casino
is big and great to relax and have fan I usually play a table games the dealers are wonderful and very friendly. go visit them you will be very happy withthe treatment you receive from them they are the best in Washington dc VA and MD.

Looks very much like a welfare recycling operation. Next to a gigantic mall that has its own issues. Parking is free. Not a gambler, so no real interest in contributing to people that already have enough money.
