Marvin Windows and Doors of Canada does not care one bit about customers.
Over a week ago I left a set of house plans with them. Our builder had quoted us with a regional window brand. We are (were) more enthusiastic about Marvin.
So we had our builder remove the windows out of the quote and we intended to add a quote for Marvin windows and doors. We indicated we need a quote by last Friday at the latest.
Despite following up by calling them for the quote no one has had the decency to send a quote or call us back. What a bunch of idiots. Apparently my money is not good enough for these people.
I would recommend everybody to avoid Marvin and go with one of the Atlantic brands. These people care about their clientele and will do anything to please you with the best prices possible.
Please do not order from this company. We paid three times as much as our next coat and we cannot even open our patio door! None of the windows open and there are several that have scratches. We have contacted customer service several times and we get the same response someone will get back to you then no one ever does! DO NOT BUY
