Careless people and only looting hard earned money.

AAA service center has given a very good sevice for my car I really appreciate their efforts

I had taken pick n drop for my second service, it was all decent.. Over all its Nice

Very cheap people, managment is not good as look from outside.... I recommend do not visit here....

Very old and known service center for Maruti Suzuki cars....they generally take more cars then they can service... quality of wash is not okay

This is one of the 2 Maruti Service Masters workshop in the NCR region. The other one is on Karnal GT road. These both workshops are directly Maruti owned and operated and hence you can rest assure that the job they do is of the utmosr quality and standards for all your Maruti cars. Only reason I would rate one less star is they will always have too much of crowd and the waiting time is quite long sometimes.

Services offered and given are pathetic they cheat with the package

They done it pretty well better then my previous one even the price come very less what i was expecting.even you can enjoy here complementary launch it was healthy seriously and yeah at 4 tea coffee and yeah samosa

Staff is very cooperative. They listen, they implement, they care. Easily the best service you can find in south delhi for maruti cars. Not omly service, they also very professional friendly even in body shop, on floor and everywhere, you are served well even when you are waiting, free wifi is available while waiting along with tea coffee. I shall like to thanks mr mahender and hemant for their full efforts towards my car. Highly recommended workshop. If in case they delay your vehicle a bit, it Might be due to the load that this service centre goes through, hundreds of car everyday.

Never ever take your vehicle to them. They are money s*cker. Asked me to replace my 2 months old tyre because it had one puncture. First paid service costed 41K, second time I got AMC, still the service costed my about 8K everytime. And most importantly, poor quality unbranded parts are used by them. I got horn, brake shoe, which did not work even for 6 months. They sell copy of branded tyre company, don't fall prey thinking them as branded tyre. Service advisers don't know it the tyres are tubeless or not. poor skilled people.
Not at all recommended to anyone. get service at local service station and save almost 90% money

Good service. I understand that managing so many car services is a tedious task but these guys do it very responsibly. Although slow, but there system works. The guy assigned to you will tell you the problema and an estimated cost. It is good Maruti service center in Delhi.

today i got my car serviced here and requested them to drop it at my home,
while reaching the driver Ashok said i found this watch (chronograph 10 K) in the car and returned it to my wife, such a honest person and really appreciated them.

A very expensive service station...!!

Whole bill shows up about various labour charges and taxes over taxes.
Went for the 1st time to see how they are unique and better than others,after reading google reviews.
They mainly focus on customer pocket and about their own review and ratings, thats where they are unique as per my experience.
My 8.3K total bill had only 1600-1800 rs charges for the actual small parts including engine oil, rest amount shows up taxes & labour charges.
Would have done local service atleast thrice outside somewhere in sector 16 Noida with 8.3K RS.

So many rush and waiting time almost 5 hours for 1st service. And give surprise in new car with new dent and screch

Third class service. I came here at 11.00am and now it's 8 pm almost sitting for 9 hours can't go and see my car and it's a never-ending wait. All this when it was a free third service. Shame on service masters.. Pathetic service..

They claim to be run by Maruri group themselves. The quality has degraded really very poorly in recent times. The main objective of people here is to scam and extort money of people who visit this service center for car service, repair jobs and buying car insurance. They call you multiple times for purchasing insurance from them. Also the service quality is really pathetic as they take a lot of time to service and get the vehicle ready to you. It is always better to visit a Maruri service center nearby where you live and not go to this place at all. I have been tricked a couple of times and came to my senses.

Regular customer here,Mr Namo Narayan here is a gem of a person,the only reason I go there. Others including customer relations manager is pathetic

Amazed to see the quality of service i got here. First of they open so early and they are manager is doing a very good job managing the place nicely. Everything is sorted and there is no confusion at all. They are quick and efficient. Although formalities do take some time but other than that they are very professional. Good job!
