I called Titan at 10am to tell them I needed service. I was a new customer, They had a crew to my house in a few hours later and the problem correctly diagnosed and fixed soon after. I cant tell you what a relief it was having professional contractors show up and fix your problem so quickly with no bull$hit. Happy to recommend these guys to all who are looking for help. I had lost water to the house. I was afraid it was the well pump but it was just the switch at the pressure tank that needed replacing.

I needed to have my well redrilled and new 20' steel casing installed. The water feed from the casing had to be dug below the frost line into the basement. I called 3 well drillers 2 quoted me crazy prices, and 1 said it was to big a job for him to handle. I called Titan and spoke to the owner Troy Johnson, he came to my house and we both went over what needed to be done and what I was concerned with. Troy is a professional that took his time in assessing the job and in a couple of days sent me a quote, which I went over and approved the work and price quote. (which was a good price for what had to be done). Troy and his crew spent most of the day and did a great job. Titan Drilling is always extremely responsive and helpful. They came out when we weren t sure if we had a frozen pipe or a well issue and solved the issue quickly ahead of a big snow storm. They are super patient and knowledgeable.
