Maruti Service Master Review

I gave one star because there is no option for negative rating, they picked my car today morning for service and delivered in the evening with to articles missing and because of that I had to visit there (pick and drop bacame useless and waste of petrol) and I got only one of my belonging along with an offer of free washing or wheel alignment which is again useless as I will never ever go there again.

They give a huge estimate without even knowing the real problem.

Really poor service Centre. They charged more and do work very less. My car has an problem and they
charged me 25000 after few days the same problem came again and they told me I have to pay again 30000 to resolved this problem I don't know why they charged 35000 before if my problem was not solved. I suggest you don't go there. Really really bad experience!!

Very professional and should be 1st choice for Maruti car service

It is a Good Maruti service centre. Administrative staff are friendly.

Stay away from them guys they just want money nothing else once the bill is paid they'll kick you off.
These guys just want your cars original parts or accessories they'll replace it and you won't even get to know that it is replaced like battery, wheel cover, tyre rim, antenna and their washing is like 0.
I mean they replaced my wheel covers won't ever go to these people.

Good service. They arranged for a pickup and drop and delivered the car back on time..
The driver carried an ID the agency sent his government ID before he arrived.

He was kind enough to get the pollution also done for the car.

I paid online after the service..and the car is sparkling from the inside

most of the adviser are not good even they hv lot of problem parking as its small area....avoid if possible

Though operated by Maruti but policy of replacement rather than repair is culture here.

It's a joint venture of Maruti Suzuki..Means it's partly owned and run by Maruti itself..So u can expect better service..Better than others in the area. Tried their body shop as well as servicing ...Satisfied with both.
There were finishing issues initially ..Pertaining to paint..When I gave my car to body shop after a small accident. But they happily accepted the issue and rectified it. Though that meant leaving my car for few more days at the body shop.

I m getting my cars serviced here from the year 2000 onwards. My 800, wagon r and Celerio all three cars have been services here. MSM is literally Maruti service masters. Only for Maruti. Earlier it used to be less crowded but now the crowd has increased as have the number of cars in Delhi. It's operated by Maruti itself so it's imperative that they know why is best for your Maruti. Earlier they used to offer complimentary tea coffee snacks and even lunch and a car tissue box but now I think they r on cost cutting drive. Overall highly recommended to have your car serviced here. It has got ac customer lounge and service advisors r friendly.

Just had the worst experience of my life in car servicing . A 5 year old swift car in mint condition was not only charged 27000/- ( From the initial assesment of 12000/- ) for annual servicing, but also Mr Abhishek Bhardwaj , the supervisor "forgot " to inform me that the car cant be send back today . The worst place ever to get your car serviced. Made a mistake. A big mistake. NEVER AGAIN

The Best Workshop fo Servicing and Repair of Maruti Vehicles in South Delhi . It is jointly owned by Maruti and Sumitomo. While the rates are 5 to 8% higher than other workshops, it is worth it as they don't cut corners.

Most pathetic service in my entire life with any showroom. First time i got my Grand Vitara back, it had dead mice in the car. The a/c problem i got the car checked for had no resolution. When i sent the car back, they broke the number plate, put scratches on bumper, broke the back seat covers, disconnected the CNG line. And then just sent a mail that they can offer free car wash, that was ridiculous. I paid more than 5k for them spoiling my car !!

I got my Car Serviced here. Since first day I was not satisfied with the service, after servicing my car produced noise from bonnet and windows when I released the clutch in first gear the car shakes. when I opened the bonnet to check and found there was no screw on the Air Cleaner Outlet hose after servicing mechanic did not put the screw and it was left screw less. I am offended with this negligent service will not go there in future.

Service pick up and after service review, are good. Little costly over normal services, but the quality of servicing is good.

It's way too safe for covid 19 especially!! You can just go and book a car .... Take it after 2 days with number plate and RC

Waiting time is too much can't expect your car returning on the same day even it's for washing. Some of the staff is extremely polite and helpful.

Executives are very polite and understand customer problems.very good car service is done here.
