The ice cream is good, the pastas too, but the staff are indolent. He almost seems annoyed at having to make a coffee or something. I find it very annoying that it is not well specified that ONLY those who use table service can be seated. If you are wrong they will come and make you stand up without regard. For prices that have a little more elasticity it wouldn't hurt.
We don't go there anyway

Very good product nn there is to say .... But the service is not worthy of the name it bears.
We waited more than half an hour to try to be served for take-away of dry pastries ..... Although we were clearly visible the poor employee continued to make ice creams ... To people who copiously entered .... And we ignored (fake) .
Very bad organization, I will never go back.

Quality craftsmanship, all rigorously done on the spot, pastry, ice cream, all kinds of savory imaginable in this wonderful and gigantic laboratory. It is worth taking a few kilometers to visit it and enjoy the delicacies it offers. Delight for eyes and palate. Cleanliness and order, plus lots of seating and outdoor benches just a few steps from the sea. Never seen anything like this.

Beautiful reality in an area of strong contrasts between old and new, modern and retro ... classy lounge bar, beautiful, elegant, rich in variety and typical specialties ... pasticciotti of every variety on everything.

2 balls of lemon ice cream in a 4 euro glass, exaggerated, and I even paid for the cream even though it wasn't there. To my question I was told that I had to pay as per the menu even if there was no cream. They will never see me again.

The service is good and the place pleasant but the ice cream though good begins to melt a few seconds after being put into the cone, you can tell by August, but at midnight in September it seems a bit strange to me!

We have been going back there for 9 years now, ice cream pasticciotti and exquisite cakes. In the evening in August always people but the service runs and is always impeccable compared to other Martinuccis nearby.

All delicious!

All delicious!
At the counter they are fast and available
You can not say the same thing when you sit at the table. They've been very slow more than once.
Little parking

You can't come to Puglia and not try Martinucci's granitas, ice cream and desserts !!!
Throughout the region there are various outlets, so you just have to come in and ... pamper yourself!
Must try the organic lemon flavored ice cream and the orange one ... also try the "Pasticciotto" ... I in addition to the classic one I recommend the one with lemon and almond ... a real specialty! Martinucci ... it is impossible to resist !!!!

Waiting times for table service too long ... more than half an hour for 3 brioches (therefore ready), 2 juices (therefore ready) and a cap (the only one to prepare).
Discontented people who get up and leave before the ordination arrives.

Great place to stop for both breakfast and coffee or ice cream. Like all the Martinucci premises in Salento, it has a very large and well-equipped place, with a large park where a break can be extended with pleasure! Very kind staff, superb pastries, great coffee! Visit to believe!

If you are not incapable, rude and rude you can not work at Martinucci.

I am a Salento immigrant in Milan.
I saw Martinucci born and grow up.
Every year I promise to go there in the hope that the service is better, but nothing changes but worse.

A shame! 15 guys in the room in the fray, people at the tables waiting half an hour while they laugh and look at the phone.

Not only incapable but also rude and disrespectful towards the customer.

After waiting 20 minutes in line for ice cream a waiter sent us to leave and give us back the money.
UNACCEPTABLE!

Beach food good but not at all Cheap. Do not be fooled by appearances. Any bakery offers better food at half the price.

I have always wondered why they had not opened in Milan yet. Today I finally answered: fail the second day.

This summer I bought their sweet and savory products on numerous occasions and I confirm the quality. I consider their pasticciotti the best in Lido Marini! I have tasted them in all variations, one is better than the other.
However, I noticed, and I write it reluctantly, little attention to the anti-contagion measures by the staff and by the patrons.

We were told that the larger Martinucci in size, we find ready meals, savory baked goods and desserts, a nice ice-cream counter and a great coffee shop. Coffee tables inside and outside, friendly staff, quick and prepared. I found delicious and fresh products of the day.

Breakfast in pairs, 10.00 am: sitting in the room, table service is provided which, after about 20-30 minutes, arrives with little cordiality and above all little professionalism. Our order included two coffee in ice, krapfen and two croissants, one of which was apricot and one of berries. The iced coffees were big glasses filled with colored water, without any taste. The apricot croissant had become creamy along the way, but it can happen to make mistakes; then we ask for an apricot croissant for the second time, the waiter returns after a few minutes with another croissant. So far nothing strange, the problem arises when the second croissant was cream too.
Having to give up the apricot croissant and the two ice 'coffees' we head to the cash desk to expose the matter to a manager, who did not hesitate to NOT give us any answer and not even a goodbye.
