Don t say I didn t warn you... The main reason I chose to step foot into this dealership was that the receptionist Carey claimed that they are known for offering up to 20% more for trade ins... this isn t true (BAIT & SWITCH. ILLEGAL?!) they actually offered me 5% less than every other dealer that I met with for my immaculate trade. The actual transaction left me feeling as though I d just made a deal with a corrupt foreign government. Two times salesman Roman Tobak went back on his word during the sale of the vehicle I purchased. First, he insulted me with one of the worst offers I d had all day, So I walked away and returned a few hours later, because I really liked the vehicle they were selling (the only positive in this story). He conveniently had amnesia about the price we agreed on earlier that day and tried to put $1000 more in his pocket by claiming his buyer didn t want to pay the same price for my trade anymore. The truth is he didn t speak with a buyer , it was 9pm. Second, we finally make a deal that the dealer will pay for fees and I will pay for taxes plus the agreed upon purchase price. I was half way through signing the paperwork when he went back on his word again and tells me the dealership doesn t have the $280 to pay the fees that he agreed to pay. He also conveniently failed to omit a $30 documentation fee from the contract he printed up. Had I not spent 16 hours today searching for a vehicle that I felt good about driving home and if I didn t have a 3 hour drive home tonight I would have walked away from this classless dealership. Ultimately, Roman Tobak and Manager Joe Seeker decided that their integrity, or lack thereof, is worth $280 measly dollars. Slimiest sales people I ve ever encountered, and they have no shame in sucking every dime they can out of you even if it means going back on the agreement they shake on.

Allan- I had no issue understanding the negotiation process. I made myself very clear during the sale what I was willing to pay and your salesperson agreed to it. Perhaps you can provide a written explanation here as to why it is ok for one of your salespeople to agree to very specific terms and then not deliver on that very specific agreement.
