Very exhilarating and exciting. History that needs to be known by all.

What about the Atlanta symbol nothing to add a must visit if you are in town

The visitors center was very nicely put together and provided a good memorial to an amazing man. Just wish they had seating for the individual viewing areas where you watch the 10minute movies.

These places where amazing to see !!! Just really awesome to be in that atmosphere.

Amazing experience, even though I got there really late I was able to understand a lot about the Civil Rights Movement.

Everything was perfect; however, bathrooms need tending to... some stalls had broken doors and some had no toilet tissue... nonetheless I'm giving a five star because the main thing was the overall attraction of ebenezer church, MLK and the other emotionally touching nostalgia which were presented wonderfully

So awesome that we came and I d love to come back when I have more time. We were awestruck with all of the information available and my mother in law was so happy that we got to visit Dr. King s birthplace and home.

If I had to lodge one complaint it would be the inability to take pictures inside the house.

Very good place to enlighten yourself about recent American history in general and MLK in particular

While a must visit, there is little to appreciate here. Just seeing his church and birth home provide little perspective, but the videos inside the memorial building are good.

Really enjoyed the tour to Dr. Kings childhood home. The park ranger given the tour was wonderful and made the tour very interesting. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Atlanta.

I attended a tour here and it was an invaluable and profound experience.

The feeling is very spiritual, to see and experience history as important as this is very humbling. God Bless Mrs Coretta King for such foresight and vision for generations to come. This should be an educational trip for many schools.

The King Memorial is a must see in Atlanta. Although closed due to Covid 19 the outer sights of the Memorial are accessible.

Staff is nice. Every area visited were clean and informative. As an African American woman I was taken back so I had to step out of the museum. My emotions was every where. My preteen children continued the tour as they were determined to know the history of Rev. Martin Luther King Jr, More than what they've learned from school.

To be there it is to experience again the struggles of the Civil Rights Movement and its accomplishments all do to the greatness of dr. Martin Luther King jr. He's accomplishments with live forever in the mines and hearts of people that believe in social justice

It was ok I went every year as a kid but I believe its more so for little kids to learn about Dr MLK

Love it, love it. I highly recommend. Please go see it for yourself. I promise you won't regret it. Make sure to come early in the morning for MLK house tour.

Very nice at most importantly inspirational. I felt like I was a part of history while we were visiting. They also have great novelties to take back home to family that have great meanings. I love positive quotes and the gift shop is full of them, both from MLK and his Queen.

While the center provides a great deal of information, the facilities are in need of a lot of maintenance.

Very busy place on MLK day but a place you should visit if you live in Atlanta or just visiting. It s full of information and a great place to bring children or your friends and family. Most of the time it s free.

Awesome place to go with your family for a break. I learned a lot from my experience, and would love to come back when more if the things were open. The house he lived in was nice from the outside but didnt get to see the inside due to it being closed.

This was an AMAZING experience!! When I entered the church I was overwhelmed with emotion. Walking into the Sanctuary and hearing MLK Jr voice was surreal....this is a MUST DO

The MLK Jr. historic site is incredibly raw, moving, magical, and necessary. I can't believe I lived in Atlanta for six years before my first visit. Everyone should go - more than once.

Please take time to visit this historic site and the charming surrounding informative plaques significantly bringing to light the essence of the work and life of our dear Dr King... take a step back in history as you take in the true beauty of this preserved park

Everyone should visit at least one time..its emotional and informational!

This is a must see for every American! It was a great experience both in the actual museum, as well as Dr. King's childhood home, complete with some actual King family items. Our ranger was very knowledgeable about the history and taught everyone at least one thing they did not know. Call ahead, as early as possible, for the tour. They do fill up and close around 4pm, I believe. There is a store directly next door to the King home, where you can purchase books or novelty items from Dr. Kings era (toys, etc)

Fitting place of contemplation for one of the biggest proponent of non violence. Lots of artifacts and audio-visual information to get familiarised with the king. Notable addition is tribute to mahatma Gandhi. A must place to visit in Atlanta. You also get to see MLK's tomb, the Noble prize

Took the kids here in February and gave them a brief history lesson about King!
