Cisco was the best came to change out broken springs when he arrived he tested door and said I may have a bad gear in opener changed out springs in a matter of minutes. Then he took a picture of gear in opener he was right on it was ready to go he gave me price and I had him change it out didn't take much time to replace. I will always use Martin Garage Doors in the future and tell all my friends and neighbors of Martin Garage Doors and Cisco to them. Thanks job will done!

Martin Door replaced two doors for a 3-car garage recently and I have been very satisfied with the new doors. The representatives for the company were always on time and the work was done in a professional manner including hauling away the old doors and a through clean up after installation. I am impressed with the quality of the doors that were installed and haven't has any issues with the doors or openers since installation. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Martin Door to anyone for maintenance on existing doors or installation of new doors.

Our garage door went off the tracks and the tracks bent. There was no way we could even lower the door. I called Martin Garage Doors and within around 30 minutes Cisco, their technician, arrived. He was pleasant, polite, and knows his business. Our door was fixed, the tracks are straight again and we have new rollers/wheels. The door is so quiet now. Cisco did a great job and we appreciate the "same day" service. I have already recommended Martin Garage Doors of Nevada to a friend.

Our garage door began making scary loud thumping noises when we called MARTIN to schedule a repair. Tuesday January 31 at 6:00 pm Michael arrived to check out the door and as soon as he heard the wound when we opened the door he told us what the problem was and that YES he could fix it. Martin Garage Door replaced our garage door and opener in 2017. Cisco did the installation and he was really good. We recently had to have the outdoor keypad replaced and Ken came out to do that job. He was also really good. We've also experienced pleasant telephone calls and emails with Brandon. Once our cheap American West house garage door pooped the bed and the door itself had broken off the harness from the motor for the opener, we had to go looking for a new one. After having estimators come to our home from multiple other highly rated garage door companies in Vegas (per Google and Yelp) and then having a poor experience of the estimator not being able to answer any of our questions or having them completely forget about us after leaving our house, we finally worked with Martin Garage Doors. They gave us an estimate on site that day and then when we went to order our door days later, there was no surprise price change or gauging like with a couple of other companies. They answered all of our questions in regards to what we were looking for in a door in terms of functionality, security, weather proofing, lifetime, and aesthetics. We were given an accurate timeline for ordering and installation. We had our door installed today by kind and competent technicians. They did such a great job and we couldn't be happier. Would absolutely recommend them to to friends, family, anyone looking for a reliable and genuine garage door installation experience.

A car ran through my garage door and needed it replaced (thought so!). Got a 30 yr "door vet" who, showed up ON TIME said he could fix it. He did, and saved me roughly $600! Great help and service!

Martin Garage doors helped me reprogram my remote via telephone, which saved me time and gas. I did have to call multiple times and request the help over the telephone because the receptionist initially tries to schedule a technician to come out or have the customer come in, which is not always necessary. Ask for Jonathan. He s very knowledgeable.

I hand them replace the trim on my garage door. The price was fair and the technician spent time teaching me tips on maintaining my door. I highly recommend.

The product is really good and it was installed quickly. They scratched my brand new doors and told me they would send touch up paint for me to fix. That does not seem fair. Also they left greasy smudges on my brand new painted walls. Overall pleased with the product but not the install.

Friday October 28 2016 about 4 pm. I went yo the store.but it was closed, I try to call the number on the web site and no answer, since i travel a good distance I try calling again,when A gentleman saw me and came out and said,sorry we close early on Friday, but how can I help you? I said I need a bracket for my garage door.and he to wait, then he came out give to me and didn't charge me nothing for the piece. the following Monday I returned because my old garage it need it the whole assembly and they only charged me 16 $ and that save me a lot of money, their knowledge and honesty it was awesome THANK YOU CHARLIE.

Being a senior citizen I was very concerned when my garage door would not close. With the VERY helpful receptionist (Lisa) she walked me thru getting the door down. Within a couple of hours Roberto showed up. Evaluated a very old system - gave me an estimate and would return in the morning. We had a problem where one of our garage doors was acting erratically. The Martin Garage Door technician came out on time and diagnosed the problem. The unit was older and a part not in stock was ordered for us. Subsequently, the next technician came out, installed the new circuit board and re-programs our garage door openers. He was also very friendly and professional.

Both of my Garage door openers are over 20 years old. I had several new remotes that needed programming. I tried several time and failed all tries. So I called Martin Garage doors of Nevada for a full two door tuneup . They sent Roberto Cordoba. With two minutes of arriving he had determined the circuit board was faulty and replaced it. Then he checked out the door operation, lubed all pivot points till both doors were free from noise. He inspected each door and found cracks near the top where the closing arm attaches. Installed a rail across the top to reinforce the door; no more movement. Roberto knew just what do; discussed options with me and finished the work. WOW what a professional !!!!! I wasn't expecting these problems but they were all fixed to my satisfaction.

Had gotten the springs replaced in 2012 and one failed but had a lifetime warranty through Martin and only cost just over $100 to get fixed. Did it quickly and is working great again!

We've had a Martin garage door for years! They will come out right away if there is a problem. Haven't had them out for at least three years and this time it was just to install a key pad.

The response of the office to my call on Monday was quick. Roberto, the technician assisted to the service call, came and investigated the problem the same day. He explained to me why there was a problem and what he could do to correct the problem. Next, he wrote up a proposal. I signed it. He returned on Wednesday morning and completed all the items on the work order and the 3 garage doors have not worked so well in a long time. Before he left, he showed and explained to me what he did and how I can use the vault release if the situation should arise.
