Sandy shared great knowledge and gave the personal touch that you want from a hometown business like Martin Binder. Even though the store is bigger and looks more modern, the service is not. I took in a piece that belonged to my mother for repair, and it was a very pleasant experience, not a big box experience. I was also told about new options for my inherited jewelry and missing mates that could be made to once again complete a set. These are the things that keep this hometown business in business. I will continue to support this wonderful customer service and this business! I highly recommend Martin Binder Jeweler for that old fashioned hometown touch.

I called the day right before Mother s Day, and asked if there was any charms. Julie texted me pictures of the available charms, I was able to say which one I wanted. I was at work and she had it ready for me to just do curbside pickup. Super fast and easy! She was also very sweet.

Jamie was great to work with. She was very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. Her patience and understanding for what I was looking for blended well with our price point. And I was happy that we came to a decision that my wife is ecstatic with. Overall excellent experience at Martin Binder, the entire staff were friendly and welcoming. We will definitely be back for future purchases.

I visited Martin Binder Jeweler today to have two rings cleaned and a repair done on my son's football necklace. They were very polite upon greeting at the door. They were attentive to detail as far as what I required. They were also extremely prompt in that they had my rings cleaned within just a few moments and they completed a replacement chain for my son at a lesser cost than what the repair would have been. The chain was replaced and shortened accordingly within 10 minutes and the whole experience was very pleasant. Would highly recommend for any jewelry repairs.
