I have been reluctant to have workers in my home during the pandemic, and I am so grateful that Rick has been vaccinated. He was an exemplary repair provider--courteous, considerate, helpful. I was very comfortable having him help in my home during the continuing pandemic. I would highly recommend his work.
I was a bit frustrated to learn that this appointment could have been avoided if the installers had told me to clean the water reservoir and pump float at the end of each summer season. The water that overflowed into my closet only damaged one item. I was very lucky in that, but it was a very time consuming process moving everything out. Knowing that it was completely avoidable, both in terms of cost and effort, was disappointing, frustrating. Still, I am very grateful to learn how to take care of the unit from now on. I was also fortunate that the overflow happened at the beginning of a cool weather pattern.
I think that a reputable company would give a bit of a discount on the service, as installers did not tell me that the cleaning needed to be done. (I would certainly have remembered climbing on the ladder to see where the reservoir is located and learning how to remove and clean it.)

We recently purchased a new heat-pump to replace our 20-year old system (also installed by Marshall's) and couldn't be happier. Dan provided multiple system options, and thoroughly explained the differences so we could make the best decision for our needs and budget.
Jawhn and Coop did a great, super clean installation! The details in their workmanship is top notch, and definitely did not go unnoticed. Very friendly guys that took time to explain the work being done, that was very appreciated.
Also have to give a shout out to the various ladies in the office that helped with financing and keeping us updated as our install date approached.

Tim came and was very courteous and friendly and professional. He came at the end of the day and still gave us the attention needed to fix our AC. He is a hard worker and pleasant to talk with. I also called the office to make sure the appointment was still on because my slot was from 12 to 4 and they were courteous and assured me that he was still coming, was just at his last job. I would gladly use them again and was happy with the service.

I do not recommend using Marshalls. By personal experience, I have recently learned that they do not stand by the products they sell and install. In 2019, our 4 year old furnace blew a large amount of visible smoke in to our house, enough to call the fire department. At the time, Marshalls came out and ran all the tests and came to the conclusion that they don t know why this occurred and did nothing more. Now, smoke being blown into our house has happened again, multiple times in the span of the last 2 weeks and again Marshalls doesn t know why. As a customer, I think it is problematic for a 4 year old and now 6 year old furnace to be blowing smoke in to my house and since it was under warranty in 2019 that would have been a great time to get to the bottom of it. Now that it isn t under warranty, we ve learned that 2 years ago this issue wasn t resolved. I think that as a company that sold this product they should also find the smoke problematic and make sure they solve the issue, honoring the warranty, since it first occurred under it. Just because a company doesn t know WHY their product is defective, doesn t make them not responsible for selling and installing a defective product.

Richard was the service tech, he ran some tests on the system and discovered the issue. He checked everything else out to be sure that was the actual problem. He discussed the problem and explained what it would take to resolve it. It was quickly repaired and back to cooling temps. He ran a few tests making sure it was fully operational and gave a few tips on preventing future issues. They were great to deal with. Very Helpful.

The Marshalls Team has designed and is now installing a radiant floor heating system and a gas fireplace in our new home.
Most of the folks on the Team have been at this a long time and they know what they are doing. Innovative and effective design means reliable and easily serviced systems. Seeing the common sense in the installation and how they work with my General Contractor gives me confidence in the results.
