MARRIOTT'S LINCOLNSHIRE HOTEL Review

Great place, attended a wedding. Beautiful hall with a beautiful lake view and wonderful gardens.

Love this place! I am bringing my students to Marriott Theatre every year. Very cool, any age friendly musicals, very talented actors, beautiful costumes, wonderful music, very convenient stage - you can see well from any point. Love it, love it, love it!!!

Atmosphere was great, although I did not go to the resort to stay, I went to see a show at the theater there. Very clean, employees were very professional.

Hotel is clean and beautiful. Staff is fantastic as well. The rooms themselves are a bit outdated however no microwave or real fridge in unit, and not all the TV ports seem to work. Also it seems cellular service in the hotel is generally spotty, though the WiFi is just fine. All in all a great place to stay though!

A very nice resort with lots of options for functions and activities.

I went for a friends wedding and it was absolutely beautiful. We walkes into a lovely tent, had drinks during cocktail hour, and had a delicious dinner. The pacing on the courses seemed a little slow, but the food was excellent. Thanks for such a great time.

Overall a good experience with the staff. Although, there was no cell phone signal and wifi is a bit expensive.

Highly recommend staying here ..... the staff is super friendly and helpful. The rooms are very clean and nicely set up . They have an indoor and outdoor pool with a beautiful lounge area . It s a perfect getaway from the city for us.

I had better expectations for this place! First off, there's no actual balconies as we could have sworn said on their website. Second, the bathrooms are the most plain thing I've ever seen. The whole room was smaller than expected for the price. The walls were thin and we could hear everything around us clearly. It wasn't the crappiest thing in the world but we expected more. Oh and I couldn't sleep for more than 40 mins because of their very used pillows. Worst sleep ever

The room was filled with smoke because of people smoking in groups right under the window. (Window was closed) There was a wedding that blasted music till 1 am. The heater in the room barely worked. They didn t clean the rooms while there.

The Lincolnshire Marriott is a great venue. wonderful restaurants entertainment and professional staff at all stations. Recently enjoyed a pleasant dinner followed by a wonderful performance at the theater. Another great evening at the Marriott.

Went to a show. Great performance. Ushers were great, but more staff in the lobby would have been appreciated.

The place had been upgraded and is beautiful..though it always was! Soft white down bedding makes you feel like you are sleeping on clouds. Great food but a bit pricey! ( our two dinner meals, one extra bowl of soup, and each a glass of wine was $92). Restaurant was clean, beautiful, and had lush scenery looking out any window. Great breakfast bar even had a cook making omelettes any way you want. Price? Don't know as it was included with our play and overnight Package. Their plays are 'in the round' and always enjoyable. Plenty of other amenities there too that we didn't make use of. Good weekend get away!

Great service. Bit overpriced in some regards, like a Gatorade cost me 4$ but it's a very beautiful area. I wish there was more public access but what can you do in northern Illinois! Rooms are phenomenal though, and extremely clean

I was there for the theater and as always, it was wonderful. Always a good time.

Our room thermostat did not work so we had to move. That went smoothly, but it took 2 calls (5 hours apart) to replace down free pillows!

Attended an event in the tent. Food was good and the venue was nice.

We visited for the theater of the Resort. Their theater is great entertainment in the suburbs. We saw Mama Mia and I'm not an ABBA fan, but I did really enjoy it. We'll be regulars there from now on!

Came here to see Mama Mia and expected the theatre to be a little nicer given the high ticket price but the set and costumes were absolutely fabulous. It would be nice if the theatre was renovated to match the high quality of the productions.

Great room, great food, a wonderful production of "Grease" in the theater.
We had an " experience Marriott theater " package and saved a a significant amount of money.
We are already planning to go again.

Beautiful hotel that's a little separated from the main road to provide a resort experience

Went and saw Shrek. Fun musical and nice space. Intimate theater

I saw Holiday Inn with my mom and sisters. The play was fantastic. Holiday Inn is my favorite Christmas movie and I had very high standards for it and I wasn't disappointed. There were times that I had tears of joy.

Staying here because it's close by to the office I am visiting this week. Quiet rooms and beautiful scenery make for a relaxing experience. I would stay here again.

Went for a gorgeous outdoor wedding, had an amazing time and enjoyed the beautiful decor.

Attended a play at the theatre and the venue is very nice. Many accommodations for the elderly. Parking can be difficult but not too bad.

The theater has amazing productions. The hotel is beautiful although currently under going construction. They have a tent for weddings which is beautiful

One of the better hotel lobbies of the greater Chicago metropolitan area.

Golf course closed at 2pm Thursday and Friday during a stay because...the weather was nice and the course attendant wanted to go home. Too unreliable for a 'resort'

Front desk was so friendly and customer service oriented. What a lovely welcome! Room was cleanly and after lots of traveling for work, we finally found a hotel that did an amazing job with covid restrictions and allowing us to feel normal still! we could set up apt for the gym and pool! What a lovely surprise to have some amenities available to us and with great care and caution!! The room was clean and beds comfy! Another perk was a well sized television. We enjoyed our stay for a total of 7 days. There also was a laundry room, and it s location is close to an area of restaurants, and shopping.

Rooms are updated and so is lobby, the rest of the hotel needs a little work. M Lounge was good, but not open Saturday evening which seemed odd

We attended a show at the Marriott theatre. Welcoming entrance. Good parking. Access to restaurants and bars.

This place seemed to be good until my husband woke up with bed bug bites and he didn t notice till the last stay there we were under the impression it itched because allergies but when taking a closer look it was bed bug bites , now I m afraid my belongings might have it and I never had bed bugs so this is just so disturbing !

I went to see a broadway musical. There was a Starbucks there and we sat in a lovely foyer with nice couches and tables before the event. The show was amazing and the facilities were very clean with lovely decorations for the holiday.

Beautiful bedrooms, very clean. The facilities are somewhat old. The personnel is very friendly.

Great venue for small, intimate broadway level theatre. Have loved every show I've seen there.

Great place to see musicals, no bad seats. Long lines to valet so get there early. Only $5 for valet. Bathrooms are too far from theater.

We enjoyed the indoor and outdoor pools with relatives who were staying there. Dinner at Wright's was tasty, but the service was a little slow with some gaps in bringing extras . Overall very good experience.

No problems. Nice clean rooms. Walking distance to a couple fast food joints.
