Room was nice and clean. Towels didn't have weird bleach smell you find at most hotels. I was told I had free WiFi in my room but that wasn't the case. Didn't complain as I was barely in my room. Hotel staff was very friendly, as were the wait staff in their restaurant.

We stayed here for a weekend getaway. Excellent location to all the Washington DC sites, convenient downtown location. We walked everywhere or took Uber. Many places to eat nearby within walking distance as well. The staff at the bar was great, very friendly. Pool was small but my daughter had fun.

About my staying at yours hotel, i have to say that all services were excelent apart from the dinning facilities. I'm referring to the breakfast time. What a poor service!!! So disappointed.. Seems like the crew needs more training, because they were miserable, seriously! Sincerely, they just spoiled all the good job that you were doing. You need to improve this part for God's sake!!!

Very solid hotel experience. Clean room, good service, friendly staff, and a Starbucks in the lobby. Within walking distance of the convention center and not too far from the National Mall. A good hotel for business travel.

I stayed here for my birthday in December and had a great experience. The restaurant Fire & Sage was near the hotel lobby and the subway was right down the corner which was convenient. I enjoyed my stay and hope to be back

I was greeted by Maurice at the door who took my luggage to the front desk. Sheera (sp?) checked me into a wonderful room. Corazon from housekeeping introduced herself and asked if I needed anything.

Clean, spacious rooms in a convenient and interesting part of DC. I stayed at the Marriott and attended a conference that was held in the hotel. The hotel handled the conference and our stay very well.

You might think that the best thing that this hotel has going for it is the location. To be sure, the location is hard to beat, but they staff and management are work purposefully to make sure that isn't the only memorable thing.

Each person that we encountered - from the bell staff to front desk to housekeeping - was helpful, engaging, and attentive. They offered suggestions when needed and never left you to figure something out for yourself.

The facility itself is well maintained - at least we didn't see any issues during our stay in two rooms and the utilization of the pool and fitness area. When initially checking in to one of our rooms the key reader was low on battery. Although it was obviously an inconvenience the staff made quick work of getting the battery changed and us in to our room.

There is an elevator to the metro literally 15 seconds away from the side door / Starbucks entrance. Super convenient if / when needed, or the facility is centrally located to many attractions in walking distance.

I would definitely stay here again and recommend it.

Location is perfect! Easy walking distance to sightseeing, tons of restaurants and shopping, a Walgreens down the block and there is a Starbucks on the 1st floor. Staff have been so welcoming and gave my 1 year old a stuffed toy upon checkin (maybe just for Halloween time?) And the concierge gave us a stuffed puppy and rubber duck the next day. Its the small things that show they really care about you, I would highly recommend this hotel and will come back when I'm in town!

Very convenient location. Wheelchair accessible hotel and rooms, and friendly and helpful staff. The only issue we had was the forced air heating system throughout the hotel was set at full blast. It was hot and drying out our eyes over the duration of our stay

Loved this hotel from the moment we arrived to the second we left! The initial receptionist was so friendly and very helpful! I felt she genuinely cared about our experience. All of the staff in the lobby constantly wore smiles on their faces and it was very welcoming! Also, the location can't be beat! The metro station was literally on the same block!

The room was clean and I had no problems with it. My only con is it costs $12.99 for basic internet. Why are we still paying for internet in a technology-run world? McDonald's and Starbucks offer free WiFi so why should the hotel? Good news is if you are a Marriott rewards member the internet is free.

Really like this hotel. Everything was great!

Really like this hotel. Everything was great!
This hotel is located at Metro Center of DC with four metro lines just around the corner. Macy is across the street, DC center is a couple of blocks away and surrounded with many great restaurants.
Only inconvenience was trying to go to Lincon memorial which takes a lot of walking.
There s metro to the Mall, capital building, etc...
Hotel is very nice. I recommend this hotel.

A very nice, modern hotel in downtown Washington DC. It is centrally located to mass transit (metro rail) and is close to the National Mall and other various sightseeing locations. Also close to many of trade e organizations, law firms, and other major business entities. I would highly recommend this hotel for both business or pleasure.

This is a great hotel. The beds are really comfortable. They are soft and fluffy. I get into bed and I m out. The staff is very professional and friendly. I always feel welcome, like I ve come home. The housekeeping staff are friendly and always say hello in the hallway. The hotel is conveniently located to the city. Metro is close by. The bar is warm and inviting and the staff are very friendly and helpful.

We have been here 6 days and this is probably the best hotel experience we have had. Everyone is so helpful and nice. The breakfast in the grill is enormous, a Starbucks in the lobby is great, room is always very well stocked. Some of the reviews mentioned the small closet, but there are 9 drawers in our room that we have made good use of. There are adequate electric outlets to charge our devices, a powerful hair dryer and a good steam iron. Also, a very well hidden refrigerator and safe. Our room also has a full sofa, 2 large leather ottomans, big screen TV and desk with a nice leather rolling chair. We are in walking distance of the Nation Mall, all of the Smithsonians, and a couple of blocks from the Whitehouse. We took a taxi to the Capitol because it was raining, but if you had time, you could walk. We walked back by way of a few museums. Lots of great restaurants in a one mile radius. Too many to choose from. Old Ebbit Grill & Founding Farmers were among my favorites. You couldn t choose a better hotel for your money!

Great hotel with good service. Rooms are big and clean...
Booked an accessible room with roll-in shower... it got plenty of space and bathroom was great... Localization is great as well... near a subway station with elevator to go downstairs.
So, if you are wheelchair user, I'd recommend this place to stay.
