Marriott International - Renaissance Schaumburg Convention Center Hotel Review

Was there today for a cheer competition. Convention center is one of my favorite venues for competition.

Convention room is really nice, facility in general looks super fancy

Beautiful place to stay. The hotels and rooms super clean. Definitely recommend this hote

It's an amazing room. I love the complimetary they have. They do have a fridge,coffee maker and coffee blend. They do have an iron and board which is great

Didn't stay in hotel went for race and performance expo. Always plenty of automotive performance vendors at this show drag racing . Ex tci holley pro-form strange engineering local hot rod shops

Booked a room with a king size bed online. Got there, they placed us in a double. Person at the desk was unapologetic and offered nothing, not even what may have been a plausible explaination. We canceled and booked at a Hilton.

Very nice facility, however, concession food is a bit pricey.

The incredible Ambience provided by this hotel along with the modern-day aesthetic is something that will impress your high roller customers. The staff was extremely friendly, and the rooms were incredible

Just came in for the yearly fishing expo, my family and I always have a fantastic experience. Planning to continue for years to come

The convention center was nice. The staff were friendly and helpful. I was there for a graduation.

Attended a technology conference there. Very nice facility, clean and professional. Food provided for the show was excellent.

Rooms are big, no service with the conversation I was at.

TV built into the mirror of the bathroom. Felt like Tony Stark.

Went for the Aquatic Experience... Very nice venue!! Concessions crazy expensive though. $$$

This place is very nice. Big and clean. The staff was very helpful. And the bar food was very good. 3 Martinez for 56 buck .. ouch

Very nice place. We were there for a 50th Wedding Anniversary. The food were excellent. From the squash soup to the salad and main dish. Very very different. The venue was a little bit weird. We ate in one room and entertainment were in a totally different room. But all in all the place is very nice and cleaned. Very high end. The food were excellent.

It was a wonderful place with a large amount of space for everyone who attended the event and all the people working the event it was well organized everyone was very friendly and helpful i would definitely attend another event in the future

Great experience here. Nice hotel, helpful workers and very well kept.

The rooms are nice and clean, but the beds are super uncomfortable. Beds are hard and you can feel the springs. Also the pillows look fluffy but become flat pancakes as soon as you lay on them. Housekeeping came in way to early waking me and my roommate at 8am to clean the room.

Nice and clean. Rooms were small. Need some updated bathroom.

I really enjoyed my stay here, from walking right inside to being greeted my very friendly staff! Our rooms were ready and they were thoroughly clean which is something I love to observe before fully unpacking. Housekeeping was not annoying and overall I was very pleased with my stay. Keep rocking Renaissance, y'all rule. Thanks for everything seriously.

The location is accessible. Rooms are clean and service is really good.

Been there for two events recently. Kids Expo and Hobby Exhibition. The place is good for small to mid sized exhibition.

Ok so yeah, there's a TV inside the mirror, inside the bathroom. I can't quite decide if this is awesome or annoying so I'm going to go with awesome. This place is gorgeous. The room is clean and the staff are very friendly. The restaurants are excellent and the food is delicious. Oh and the pool, you have to stop by the pool.

The building was easily accessible from the street. The concierge was very nice and offered to take out bags up. The hotel was very clean . The bed was super comfy I would definitely be back to this hotel

My wife and I stayed at the Renaissance with our two young children around New Year's. First, they upgraded us to a jr. suite when they realized we were traveling with our young children. At dinner, both our server and the bartender, Dulce went the extra mile to make sure that we had everything we needed. Dulce even went to the market, which was closed, to help us find snacks. She then offered to open the bottle of wine that we had in the room. At breakfast, the staff was just as friendly and helpful. Everyone from the hostess, to our server, to the chef who made our omelettes could not have been more friendly. The room was clean, updated, and spacious. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a place to stay in the area.

It has effort room here to host many different events at 1st. Clean and conveniently located.

Good hotel that offers good dining options (e.g. upscale steak house, sports bar, cafe, and in-room dining options) on-prem gym offers free weights and basic machines for light workouts. Indoor pool and jacuzzi seemed welcoming and clean. In regard to the rooms, I could not complain as they are clean and offer a respectable amount of tech options (e.g., bathroom mirror TV, Netflix, Coffee Machine). Staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Rooms were great. Security was a bit rude though. Overall not bad

Attended Axpona 2019. Seven floors of audio fantasy. From the everyman's Hi-Fi to millionaire's picks. Everything from speakers to stands, cables to monoblocks, amps and preamps. Beautiful rooms and fantastic set ups. Great exposition space.

It was very nice. I had a meeting there so the rooms weren't applicable. The location is very easy to get to and it's in a very popular area. The only service I received were instructions to get to my meeting room, and the gentleman that gave them to me is a great asset to the center.

Went to the Log Cabin and Lake Home show. Was nice. Had a coupon for admission. Bought some nice lakehouse decorations. Saw some birds of prey and some very cool doors.

Went to the model train convention. It was laid out very nicely easy to maneuver

Great staff very knowledgeable about local area and very customer service oriented. Coming back in Oct for a conference and I know the service will be top notch. Rooms are clean, common areas well kept, and in house restaurant serves excellent cuisine.

Stayed for 3 nights while we attended a family wedding. Rooms are nice and big. Suites have plenty of sitting area. Bathroom Mirrors have TVs, which was cool.
Nice, large gym.
Large salt water pool.
Plenty of lounge areas in lobby to hang out in.

Overall, hotel has a very new modern feel.
The banquet halls were very grand and beautiful. They had so many weddings and events going on at the same time but you would never know it.

Starbucks and a nice steakhouse inside as well.

The family members went to SASE convention. The atmosphere is amazing. The pool was nice. The service was good.

Conveniently right off the highway, rooms are lovely, staff has been very helpful.

As always, a great stay at the Renaissance Schaumburg. Guest services are always friendly and helpful. The restaurant/bar has great food and great service. Beds are so comfortable!

I have held two events here for the professional group I'm a part of. The facilities are very nice and clean. Everything is modern and new. Great place for a conference.

Went here for my nieces gymnastics competition, food is over priced but layout and staff were good.

This hotel is absolutely gorgeous. The bar is awesome, the food is great, and the service is the best.

Me and my wife went there for the yarn convention stitches and you have to admit the place is huge but they do keep it a comfortable atmosphere it's warm inviting many places to sit in the lobby and just relax the staff is very professional yet very warm and inviting two key factors for me and my wife when we go two hotels

Very nice establishment. Friendly staff, nice beds inside of comfortable rooms. The convention center is very interchangeable and easily navigated.

This hotel is like a castle. I love how the building looks especially at night. This is very accessible for me, and the rooms and foods are very affordable. Their customer service and the experience were greatly appreciated and very commendable. The rooms were quite large, comfortable, and clean. I strongly recommend this hotel.

It was OK, but the setup seemed broken apart for the event that we were at. To get to another area for ours, we would have to walk through other events and events getting set up.
