Twice i have stayed in the place and i have liked it to an extent. Rooms are good and so is the room service. Restaurant and bar staff is courteous. The only downside i can mention is the variety in terms of global cuisine. The food majorly pertains only to british taste, and i had to struggle a bit for non-english food.

To say it as it is. Typically British. "Overselling, under delivery". Have reservated two rooms. A "suite" and a ordinary guest room. None of the rooms where in a acceptable condition to move in. Housekeeping is not able to keep the rooms in a.proper state. This house is a shame for Marriott. I think I can say that, because I am travelling this planet a lot.

does not deserve the name Marriott! Check in was a nightmare, the worst customer service I've had at a hotel (and this includes Motel 6). A lot of things to complain about but I will narrow it down to an example of them unabashedly LYING. I am really allergic to down; had asked for foam pillows when reserving, noticed that they were feather after checking in. Called down and asked for replacement, was told "I will check into that for you" like it's a huge favor instead of "I will send some right up" which every other hotel would say. an hour and a half later I called down to see what was going on and the woman told me they didn't have any! I pointed out they would then have to clean up my vomit because I'm that allergic. Said she would check (clearly they hadn't checked before, just hoped I would forget), and magically they show up after about 20 minutes like they are doing me some unreasonable favor as if I'd asked for a live llama to be delivered. This was not about the pillows but about being put off and then lied to by staff.

I can say the hotel is the best breakfast in Cambridge. The location is extremely quiet. Bird chirping, greenery, no traffic. Beds were comfortable. You can have a nice night with Marriot quality. Just a bit far from the city center. But worth it.

Biggest disappointment is the beds and pillows. Room 24 was especially poor with creaking beds and mattress toppers to extend the life of the bed. However, when the mattress still bends in the middle prior to lying on it, it should be a sign that the bed should go! With a brand like the Marriott, I would normally expect a choice of pillows rather than just feather pillows. However, i do have to say the staff are great!

A pleasant hotel to which the disabled solo traveller can be comfortable. Staff well turned out and extremely pleasant. Rooms very well laid out and very clean. Food was good and reasonably priced for such a high standard of hotel. Overall I will be back and thank you all for an enjoyable stay

The Marriott's leisure club is a wonderful place to kick back, relax and put your feet up. Facilities are top notch and clean. I enjoy the pool & spa very much - Jacuzzi, steam room and sauna all inclusive. Also lots of loungers to rest on around the pool. My little getaway after work!

Not for those on extended stay. The hotel amenities attracted us and I'd still recommend for short stays, but the staff here and at Marriott Center repeatedly provided bad counsel on how we might incrementally add our nights to our Bonvoy rewards account. The charade continued until ultimately it was too late to pursue in-stay upgrades. It certainly seems Marriott was purposeful in their deception or negligent, in either case, the disappointment is the same. I recommend other hotels/B&B's if staying in the area more than a few days.

Booking in was very easy and straight forward very friendly and welcoming. Room on arrival was not as Booked, 2 singles and not the queen as guaranteed on our order.
We were politely relocated to another room with the bed requested in a room for those with limited mobility. The room although not dirty was grubby and not what we had planed for a couple of special nights.
That evening we used the hotel dining facilities having a good meal and drinks.
On our final evening on returning back to the hotel having been out all day we noted house keeping had visited the room, replaced towels and provided their service and replenished the complimentary tea and coffee, yet the empty toilet tissue remained empty with no spare. Having scoured the information provided and having seen several comments about contacting housekeeping with no contact details provided we paid a visit to reception who once again were very helpful and even visited a story cupboard but returning empty handed advised housekeeping would rectify the issue shortly. Some time later we received a call asking if the tissue issue had Ben resolved, unfortunately not was the reply. It was rectified very quickly following the call. Whilst looking for contact information I noted I could check my bill to find the addition of Service/gratuity for the meal, and drinks. Now I am the first to reward and praise good service but do not believe it should be taken for granted and left to me to make my own judgement on good and bad service. This is not an economy hotel and I would have exspected more.. In summary and value for money I do not think I would book again in current conditions, there are better places. The staff the saving grace on the whole are very good professional, and contentious.

One night stay and wanted a quick departure so ordered room service for breakfast but also it did not turn up and staff did not seem bothered. Next time I will book somewhere else where the staff appear to care

We have been visiting the Huntingdon Marriott for many years as our son has swimming lessons here on Saturday morning while I have also joined the leisure club. The bar is good, serves Starbucks coffee and has recently improved the menu, although it is a little expensive. The leisure club has a 12 metre pool, sauna, steam room, jacuzzi and we'll equipped gym room with free standing and machine weights plus bikes, rowing machines, treadmill and those strange but effective strider machines. Again membership is a little pricey but it does mean that it doesn't tend to get too busy.

Only stay here if you have no choice or for business. Convenient hotel in the middle of not much else. Room service, gym, restaurant, clean enough. Food is terrible but the menu itself is diverse with many seemingly delicious choices. It s a Pepsi establishment. Staff is very friendly and professional.

Exceptional attention to detail. Extremely attentive staff. While attending my Nieces wedding today 23 June 19 we were served by extremely well skilled staff. In particular Maria and her boss with the long blonde hair. Nothing was too much trouble. As for all staff they monitored and replenished refreshments without being too imposing. Great team.
The venue was airy and fresh with an extensive car park. Perfect!
