Hotel was ok, had a problem with pricing. Front desk said it was one price at check in, and at check out was charged something different.

I have stayed at this hotel several times over the past several years whenever we travel to visit my father. It is usually a pleasant stay, this last weekend however turned into a total nightmare. Upon checking in we showered and left to go visit my father. When we returned that afternoon I noticed the amount of pillows in the room wasn't the amount that there normally is and also that we were going to need more towels. I went to the front desk and the lady was nice and accommodated my requests. Well we went swimming and there was a bunch of kids in there yelling and the staff had to come in and tell them to keep it down, on top of that one of them asked to use our towels since they didn't have any. I told him he could and that he could also go to the front and get some from the lady for the rest of them. We finished swimming and took our showers and my wife left put the dirty towels outside the room door and we went to sleep. The next morning we got up and were getting ready to leave when my wife called the front desk and told them that she couldn't find the hair dryer and there is normally one in there. The hair dryer wasn't, no biggie, so we got dressed and proceeded to leave. On the way out I stopped at the front desk with my luggage in my hand and my wife and son as well to check out and also get change. The lady gave me change and then watched us leave. Fast forward a couple hours later when I get out of the visit with my father and notice a missed phone call, it was from the hotel. I call her back and she said that she left a note for housekeeping for the pillows and towels she gave us and that they cant find them. I told her how we put the dirty ones in the hallway and that my wife said she even put some in the basket since the cleaning staff was having a get together in the hallway and just left their carts there blocking the passage. She said ok, everything is fine and hung up. 2 hours later on our drive home I am doing my finances and notice an additional charge on my account from the hotel, they charged me 103 dollars and when I called and asked what was going on the gentleman said I was being charged for missing pillows and a hair dryer. Naturally I was pissed and asked how could that be when I spoke with the lady and clearly my wife called the front about the hair dryer not being in the room, he said I need to talk to the manager and he couldn't do anything. So I proceeded to call the manager and every time I got that he was busy or away from "back there", finally I was able to get in touch with him and he said that he was in that day and that they couldn't find 5 pillows and 9 towels. So my question, is if he is the manager why did he have someone else call me and not rectify the situation at the time of the incident? Then I informed him that I walked right out the front door and spoke with the lady at the desk before leaving, he told me there are several exits and I could have gone out another one. All the exits have cameras throughout the hotel, so when I asked him to check the cameras he informed there was nothing he could do. How did I smuggle 5 pillows and 9 towels out past your camera system when I walked out with the same luggage I walked in with and my suitcases wouldn't even fit that amount of pillows and towels. Apparently I am a magician and stole everything without anyone seeing me or the cameras catching me and on top of that after talking to him about it he basically said at the end, "So you took them right?" Seriously worst experience and staff I have dealt with, we will no longer be staying there and also have contacted my credit card company for the fraudulent charges and contacted corporate about the experience.
Save yourself the hassle and find a different place to stay while in town,.
Update: I had to go through my bank but was given a full refund, no thanks to management.

I always stay at this Fairfield Inn on my way home from Northern Indiana to Memphis Tennessee. And I love it!. No problems, very friendly, and a safer environment compared to others. I recommend it for your travels when coming through that area!

Food & room was great. Just pool was to cold for my kid & grand kid to get in. Hot tub smelled bad that made my stomach turn. Not good on a day to go to a funeral :(

Easy access off highway 70. Room was nice, comfortable and quiet. I like the air conditioner unit because it constantly ran like a fan therefore it was a constant background noise which blocks out other noise and helps us sleep better. Pretty clean. I noticed a little hair on upper part of shower that housekeeping may have forgotten to wipe down. That is the only reason I gave 3 stars instead of 4. Overall our 1 night stay to rest after a long drive was great. Brad at front desk was very friendly and accommodating.

Hotel is just ok. It meets minimum expectations. I liked the springhill suites much better that is down the road. There is not fitness center, no automatic front door, the entry way had a foul odor, and the overall look of the hotel is dingy inside. The exterior is nice. It appears the hotel is getting renovations in Fall. I would checkout the springhill first before checking in at this fairfield.

Very friendly staff. Room was clean. Pool was salt water which is nicer than a closed room with chlorine. Breakfast was also good!
