Quite and comfortable rooms even though construction was going on outside for the new building of their's. Beautiful entry and continue through the hallway's and other rooms like the pool and restrooms, etc.....
Staff was friendly, professional and helpful and if we are in the area ever again, we will be glad to choose them for our place to stay and rest.

This hotel is THE most consistent hotel in Indiana. I have stayed there nearly 50 night or more since October 2016 and choose this hotel over all the others in the Terre Haute area. Ryan and his team are superb!

We stopped on our way out they town. Our arrival time was close to 10:30 pm. Rose was the front desk clerk and I asked her for a discounted rate since we arrived so late and she was very accommodating and wonderful. The room was beautiful and very clean. The breakfast buffet was extremely satisfying, and a lot to choose from. The only disappointing part is the hot tub was not working and after driving 5 hours straight this would have been nice to use even for a bit. The pool was a bit cool. But I would give this a solid 4.5!

Nice clean hotel for a quick travel stop. Employees where friendly and helpful. No hot breakfast on a Tuesday just cereal fruit and muffins and the pool wasn't working so couldn't give it 5 stars.

We had a great time. The staff was super friendly and the rooms were perfect. Clean and spacious. Plenty of table/desk space. The only complaint I have is there were no liners in the trash cans and the door to the pool says whirlpool, but then you go in and it looks like they used to have one but it got filled in. The pool was really fun though.

Planned a 2 day stay through trip.com which was $171, just to find out when I checked in the hotel staff charged me $153 as well as $40 for my stay. When I called they said they didnt know what to do and said many others have called about this issue. Terrible place to stay. If you want to be conned then this is the place to go.

Clean, we'll maintained and affordable. Fairfield Inn and suites reliably provide a good quick stop overnight accomodation with a basic breakfast that is better than a continental buffet but rarely a full buffet spread. Exercise facilities and pools meet minimal needs for those wanting to a stay active.

Hotel does not meet what I would expect from a Marriott brand. There were a number of problems with the room and no manager or maintenance person to address our issues. We were met with an apathetic, dismissive front desk agent who could not be bothered to take note.

The room was nice and clean and the continental breakfast was very good as well! Was in town for a wedding and the staff that works here was very nice and helped us with everything we needed.

The cleaning staff is horrendous when you are an extended stay customer. If you want anything done you have to leave a note or bring it up to the front desk. They are supposed to change your sheets every three days, but they don't(I marked the sheets and pillow cases). They even had the nerve to hand out wet towels... My company asked if we wanted to move--and we plan on taking the offer.

Exceptional customer service from Ben, at the front desk. I really wanted to thank him before check out, unfortunately he wasn't there yet. Very good breakfast too! Would definitely come here next time in Terre Haute.

This is your average Fairfield Inn hotel. I did find that the staff at the desk was very friendly and made check-in easy. The only real issue is that I had no heater last night as it apparently malfunctioned and with the temperatures outside in the mid 20s it got a little chilly but fortunately their beds are comfortable with a decent comforter

Great location right off of I70 and close to Starbucks and restaurants. Hotel staff have been friendly, though they do have a rougher appearance than some places. Biggest complaint was that the AC unit in the room had what I assumed was mold in the vents. I did not contact management regarding this as I had had a rough day, so I just used a wipe to clean out what I could see. Hotel is clean enough, but is definitely aging and could use a deep deep cleaning and some updates.

Very friendly and helpful staff. They went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. Clean rooms, comfortable bed and a good place all in all. Would defiantly stay here again and recommend this hotel to anyone looking.

Have been staying at this Hotel for a number of years now as we travel "up north" on vacation and back. Never ever had a problem. Always pristine, always great breakfast, always friendly staff. We're coming back, again, next year :-)

They are racist, general manager and Rose the assistant general manager are nothing but liars, very unprofessional and rude. Stay there if you like but if you're afro American expect to be treated like a slave. Marriott must condone this type of treatment because they have never done anything about it. I'm trying to understand how and why the assistant general manager confessed to her superior that she was ordered to treat African Americans that way , so she did as told, WHY wasn't she (Rose) terminated??? I guess Marriott doesn't feel a need to address these types of issues

Room was nice. When I arrived, tv wasnt working and had to call the front desk. It was an easy fix. I was only staying to sleep on a long drive from Colorado Springs to Philadelphia. At 5:30am an alarm clock went off in my room. I pushed every button on the clock but it wouldn't turn off. Got my cell phone flash light out to look. Couldn't figure it out so I just yanked on th he cord to unplug it. Couldnt get back to sleep. I was quite tired on the rest of my ride home.

Nice place. I was happy with everything except for the fact that it is hard to find the right access road. When dark, it is very easy to miss the access road from the main road. I saw the building but found only the sign for La Quinta. So I thought maybe the access road for Fairfield Inn is right after that. Also Google navigation indicated that I had to go a little further. Eventually I had to make a u turn and figured that this hotel is sharing the same access road with La Quinta. Not terribly bad, but be aware.

Room was clean. Breakfast was full of options, both hot & cold. Coffee ran out 30 minutes into service and took a long time before someone came to refill it. Overall it's a nice hotel. Would stay again.

Easy check in and out. I actually lost my prescription glasses. I went back two days later and the desk clerk was nice enough to go up to the room himself and look for me. Best part is, he found them. Kudos to him to go above and behind. He could have easily said that no one turned them in and sent me on my way. Thank you kind sir!

Requested a feather-free room, but they didn't switch out the pillows. Thinking they had heard my request I trusted that there would be no down in the room but after laying on the bed, my eyes started to puff and my noose was stuffy. I couldn't sleep the rest of the night. Other than that everything else was good.
