Sadly I didn't take photos this time. I come here a lot to see my parents who stay here when they come to Miami. They are currently undergoing renovation. My parents stayed recently in one of the renovated villas and it was beautiful. I love the layouts, the furniture, the L shape sofa sleeps 2 or 3 and it is super comfortable. The main room is huge and the 2nd room is pretty large as well. The pool is big and very nice. The staff is courteous. There is plenty of parking on site. The hotel is situated in what it looks like a new area in Doral surrounded by new building complexes. There are also plenty of restaurants in the area. The hotel is also close to the popular Dolphin Mall and to the airport.

Beautiful place. Amenities are great, even with covid restrictions BUT, the issue is with the lobby staff. Daughter reserved two nights ($236 per night) Thursday and Friday. Asked to extend her stay for another night so as she loved the villa. Initially was told to book the next night online and Nicole would enter it so that she could keep the same room. Which happened smoothly and only required $50 incidentals deposit. Saturday night after returning late from bowling, my daughter contacted Nicole again and requested another night which she again booked online again. She was told to go to the lobby Sunday morning and pay another $50 incidental deposit and get the new keys. After arriving in the morning, Michael indicated there was no reservation and that Nicole was mistaken. She showed him the reservation confirmation and was told that instead of $236 which had already been paid, the amount of $319 was required, with another $50 deposit. She was told that because a debit card was used (there was no problem the previous 3 nights) that the room was a different rate and a different deposit amount was required. But the room had already been paid for. Michael pretended to contact a supervisor but eventually indicated that unless the $319 plus $50 was paid also, that she had to check out. Meaning one night would be $655!! If that isn't a scam! So after checking out this morning, she went back at 630pm and told that she did have an active reservation but she needed to pay $50. When she tried to pay, the rep tried to charge $369. This is for a room that she paid $236 a night for three times. She left and canceled the reservation. She was called at 8pm by the hotel and asked when she would be checking in for her reservation for tonight. She told them she would NOT be coming back, she would contact the bank, and she would be contacting corporate about the slimy business practices of the hotel. Be careful changing your reservation here.

The most reputable hotel to stay with. From their front disk, Alex assisted me and found me the best room that would fit me. I was not expecting He could be this nice, brilliant, and effective for his jobs. It was a nice experience for me for the first time. I strongly recommend this place to all of my colleagues and friends for sure.

Not at all relaxing. If you appreciate peace and quiet, this is not your location. There is a long list of loud annoying noises including:

- Landing planes every 10 minutes (Doral is a few miles from MIA airport)
- Top 40's music pumped on speakers to every corner of the pool area. Not classy.
- Fountain water features in the lake constantly hissing until quite late at night (probably sold as "white noise" to block out the airplanes)
- Construction noises. Every building seems to have it going on.

Finally, the WiFi strength is not strong at all. Less than 10 mbps DL/UL everywhere (rooms, lobby, business center). Don't count on having any zoom calls.

I was there with my cousin and two other mutual friends. I <3 the place and am highly considering coming back for my birthday! It was great because we purchased all the food we needed since pots, pans, utensils were already provided. Only 'drawback' was not having the salt and pepper 'shakers' in a visible area. LOL!

We have owned a timeshare for 25 years as a family. We have travelled all over the world with Marriott. With that said, this was the worst location our family has visited and stayed at. Uber drove me to the Villa in anticipation of family meeting me there. The security gate was vacant and it was a drive in as you please fiasco. Construction in building 4. Construction to the immediate outside of building and street. One way street due to. Upon arrival inside the villa I noticed none of the landline phones worked. There were hairs all over the tile in bathroom and in shower. The toilet seat was stained. The glass window to porch was stained. The bedroom wood table was gashed. I pointed all this out to the Head Housekeeper. He seemed concerned and agreed with my finding and concern. The Engineer showed up to fix my phones but yet told me the phone issue have been going on for almost 4 years since he has been employed. The carpets were soiled and it smelled like wd40 in the kitchen. The next day I was moved. The Manager seemed customer oriented and gave us a $100 credit to use at the property. That was generous! The second room was not much better. Still phone issues. Engineering was onsite with the new contracted company for wiring. They stopped by three times to check my villa phones. That was very annoying. The tile in kitchen was dirty. The deck rails were in desperate need of paint. The furniture in both units outdated. The bar area was not inviting to say the least. It resembled a gas station window to pick up wings. The bathroom had mold in the shower. The tile in kitchen was poorly constructed. The spare bedroom tv appeared to have DNA on it. And did not work, batteries dead. The tv stand scratched the bloody murder out of the dresser it sat upon. The main room kitchen table was stained from prior guest and not cleaned. The tv folio to check room charges did not work even upon checkout. Dried blood stains upon my parents room sheets. The porch floor needed painting along with railings. The Manager was very customer concerned but unfortunately she had her hands tied it would appear due to Marriott financials for the property and the employees for the most part were very accommodating. But unfortunately this location in Doral is the bottom of the bucket for us. Very sad to see this and live 7 days with all these concerns. I have pictures to validate all the points I mentioned above. I would hope someone from Marriott reads this and takes action. The pictures taken of the property on this application are very far from accurate. My pictures are however accurate! Very displeased.

We had a two bedroom suite that had plenty of room for our two families celebrating a birthday. It's not in the center of action, but it's a short drive to get there. And, the rooms have a nice balcony onto the pool and a small lake with a fountain. So relaxing! We've stayed here twice and will be back again.

Our stay at the Marriott was very comfortable. Place was clean and staff was very nice. The grounds were beautiful with ever flowing fountains. We participated in various did and beverage tasting events with Gloria Suarez, the Recreation Attendant. She was very knowledgeable about the products and very nice. A very fun, relaxing week.

This place was up to date like the pictures and pretty well maintained. However, many of the activities listed such as as the yard games were roped off during our stay and could not be used. The beds were also hard as a brick. After a long exhausting day in town the one thing I looked forward to most was a good night rest. Instead I tossed and turned all night, got very little sleep, and woke up in more pain than I went to bed in. Overall if you're looking for a place to host your family of 6 it is very spacious and accommodating of that. Just know it's very uncomfortable
