A little pricey but excellent food. Walking distance to all the action on Main Street.

Went with group of friends for drinks and apps. Food was good, portions were excellent, the nachos were huge. We went mid day in off season so it was pretty quiet but I would expect it much louder in the summer

Nothing super incentive. But solid, delicious food and great drinks. Customer service is above and beyond. Will definitely visit again.

My new rating: (2 stars) I still love the core team here in terms of service and the updates to the building are awesome but there is just something missing... East Greenwich needed a grille and not another high priced place that tries to justify the price of the food by the fancy lights hung over bar and serving food on square plate...don't get me wrong, some of the meals are worth it but they are few an far between on a giant menu that's lacking the variety you'd expect to find at a place that promotes their executive chef!

Terrific pizza on the Monday Specials menu (lunch). Thin crust, lots of baked veggie ingredients topped with a fresh tossed spinach&feta cheese salad. Kind of a salad-on-a-pizza affair. Never seen anything like it but it was very, very tasty and well done. Cool atmosphere. Didn't hassle us about our small service dog. Main dinner menu looks tasty and the sports-bar ambiance is promising. Attentive staff. Overall very appealing.

Been twice in the past months, both time food was delicious and service was excellent. It was only a little pricey and for the taste I feel I got my money's worth. Calamari is so tasty, also had a NY strip steak they had on special and it was really tender and seasoned perfectly. Chocolate mousse for dessert was heavenly too.

Delicious food in a great environment.
Many different spaces make it suitable for different situations. Bar area if you're alone or want to watch sports while you eat, lovely areas for a romantic meal, enough space for an office party.

Decent food, not outstanding for me. I'm not a seafood eater, so that might be a factor, which I can't confirm. I've found this place to be very loud when we've been there.

Very good food and service. Large portion of cod in the fish and chips. Calamari was delicious and the food was presented well. Drinks were a tad pricey. Would recommend.

My wife and I have frequented Grille on the Main for many years especially since they offer a lot of Gluten Free options. During our last two visits we noted that the quality of the food has really changed. The Gluten Free ( GF) Calamari was not crispy and was soaked with oil. We took another couple with us this past weekend and we all got the Surf and Turf special which was $28. Good price for a Surf and Turf dish but the meat smelled like it was old and had a funny taste and it was so tough it was hard to cut. the mash potatoes were just lukewarm and very salty. Very disappointed and won't go back! I have to say the service was very good. We complained about the food and we were offered two free deserts for the awful food. I asked that two meals be taken off the bill because it was so bad and we could not eat most of it. The manager took off two meals and didn't charge for the desert. We appreciated that very much and the waitress said she hoped we would give them another try. I don't know if the chef has changed oar what has happened but the quality of food which use to be good has drastically changed.

Service was excellent. Calamari was fair at best. Warn spinach salad with shrimp.. fabulous. Cream brulee very nice.

Love this restaurant so much! We had the Brussels sprouts and hummus plate for apps. They were amazing! The salmon was cooked and seasoned perfect! So fresh!!! The decor is warm and inviting! Their server was so friendly! Hands down favorite!

It was my first time going to Grill on Main and it did not disappoint. Food was excellent and staff was very nice. Well definitely go again.

The restaurant smells like a bathroom for some reason and the Truffle Mac and cheese gave me food poisoning, which I suspect came from the chicken that smelled and tasted off.

I LOVE the Grille on Main. The food is delicious, the drinks are super tasty and the ambiance is great! They remodeled again recently and it feels more like an intimate tavern/pub. The servers are fantastic and I never have to wait long for my drinks or food. I enjoy this place immensely. We come here all the time!

They changed their menu since the last time I went. The new food just wasn't good. I got a burger that was tough despite being cooked Med. The bacon was so undercooked, I just took it off. The Blu cheese sauce was the only redeeming quality. My husband's pasta was swimming in the sauce.

I brought my young kids and it is a good restaurant because the space is not too quiet and there is space between the tables. The food is American with a slight upgrade. Large portions and good tasting. Definitely a local hangout. Nice waitress, fairly priced. A large bar in another portion of the restaurant.

Truly good food- I just had the best wilted spinach salad EVAH! Mario is the host with the most!

Use to be our Anniversary place, but the service failings made us dine elsewhere.

We've come here a couple times now when we are in the area. They have a great selection of local beer which is nice being able try something new when you're coming from out of state. Their menu has a wide variety of options that are reasonably priced. Their burgers are one of the bigger options which makes making a decision very difficult because they all sound really good. The wait staff is knowledgeable and polite each time we come. I suspect we'll return again in the future with out hesitation.

Dirty toilet at the men's room. Ladies room is closed and the ladies have to use the men's room. YUK!

Under new management since the last time we were here. Decor changed some but still comfy. Service friendly and helpful. Good food menu and good tasting. But like a lot of places no interest in keeping up with changes in the beer menu

I won't lie to you... I ended up at The Grill On Main in a recovery effort when my eating location of choice was packed to the hilt.

The Grill On Main is a restaurant in East Greenwich & they have been around for sometime. That's all quite a feet for any business in what appears to be a revolving door of businesses on Main Street.

The question remains. How & why has The Grill On Main has managed to be successful enough to avoid the never ending churn that plagues this area? I suspect the locals have found something special in The Grill On Main. Supplement that with Summer tourists & maybe that's enough?

Let's start out with what I found appealing. My spouse & had no trouble getting a table & the location is quite favorable. Beyond that, I would not have much to offer regarding The Grill On Main.

We found the menu to offer an assortment of options one might expect from an establishment named The Grill On Main, but the execution was nothing to write home about. We also found the food to be average at best & straddling the line of pricey. Furthermore, the musty atmosphere within the restaurant was reminiscent of wet dog. I suspect the only cause for the unsavory sent was due to the well aged carpeting that has probably seen a flood or two.

I am amazingly surprised at the accolades this restaurant has received, but then again... it's probably no worse than those all too familiar chain operations that reel in cattle by the droves. If these chain-gangers can garner a following on the garbage they serve, then The Grill On Main may very well be a true 4 star restaurant.

I absolutely, hate giving unfavorable reviews, but these folks could probably use the honest feedback to make necessary improvements. Feel free to stop by, but know what your in for.

average prices for below average food, bartenders were attentive but didn't have a good understanding of the menu. Parking is challenging. Bathroom was untidy. Not a must see. Too loud to hold a conversation

Staff were great and loved that the owners were there and talking with customers. Food was great!!
