I started working at Marquardt as an HR Intern earlier this summer. During my time here, I learned so many new things; including, new software, making processes more efficient, and the importance of communication and teamwork. I have since started a new position in marketing here since my internship contract was completed. I am beyond thankful for the opportunity that Marquardt has given me to learn and grow professionally; as well as, personally. The people that work here have all been welcoming. Everyone treats you like you are part of the family and that goes a long way for me.

Marquardt employees create some cool things and I m thrilled to see where this company will go soon!

Absolutely among the worst hiring and reviewing procedures around. Young inexperienced kids reviewing and hiring. Arrogant one person armies 'managers' with entitlement syndrome here that are better at being workers than managing and hiring personnel. Utter clueless as to how belligerent their hiring practices are, if you can call their hiring practice of looking for their next best friend, instead of someone with skills to do the position they are posting for. SAME positions keep getting posted every couple of months for years. HINT: with 100's of candidates, it not the candidates with skills that's the problem here...

This assessment I am going to do in Spanish because it is easier for me and because it is my language, Maybe Google translates it into English, I do not care, I worked in this company for almost three years, every day I went to work I did it with pleasure and pride because I really loved doing my job in the warehouse, for me it was my second home, I didn't mind working 6 or 7 days a week, I didn't mind working 10, 12 or 15 hours, I didn't care if they called me to help on the first shift or on the weekend shift, for me it was satisfactory and made me feel good, at ease, in that company I made very good friends and I thank you very much for everything you taught me and I learned, really I really appreciate that. But one day I had an accident at work and everything changed for me, from that day my life changed a lot, that accident took me to a surgery on my right elbow and I was 5 months out, then I returned to work and a few months later I began to feel discomfort in the right and left elbow and a lot of pain, I had to see my doctor again and start physiotherapy and many medications, you can imagine, I'm just telling you a little to understand me, everything It became waiting because compensation for work only approved treatment for the right elbow and everything was very slow or slow, now 7 months later and because a doctor who did a medical checkup sent by them said yes that the problem of Left elbow is caused by the problem of the right elbow, but I also had to hire the services of a lawyer. A few days ago I received a call from the company and they tell me that I cannot continue working because it has been 6 months since I was gone and it is the company's policy, that broke my heart and soul, my world turned upside down, only one knows what it feels like, I never thought that this would happen to me, but it happened, since that call I don't feel the same but life goes on, I will also give everyone advice, never give the for of you to That company, don't do what I did, that I gave you all of me, you know why you don't give them all of you, so that the day you are thrown away and nobody cares about the good work done and something similar happens to me Don't feel as bad as I feel, I won't say anything else because I could make a book

Worked there many yrs ago, was good enough to fill in for a deserting supervisor then they hired outside the company but still wanted me to do his work for him. After they let go some great employees just couldn't justify staying there so I quit. Since then they are repeating the so called down sizing but still hire through temp services. They receive grants for hiring foreigners but at the cost of what? I remember a time when employers were not always seeking the easy way out. Remember this when applying to factory work people. No one is indespensible. If you are a hard worker don't apply here because they will use you and abuse you then threaten you and when it's over you will be let go. They will find something to hold against you.
