Great range of products - caviar, cheese, truffles, appetizers. First the caviar here is top quality and has a very competitive price. Some products might look a bit expensive, but it's the gourmet food, so that's expected. Friendly and helpful staff at the store and fast delivery at Marky's website. So I'm pretty much satisfied with Marky's.
Salmon roe is fantastic! Firm and pops in the mouth. Much better than Amazon. I've ordered some off of Amazon, all the way from Russia. They were hit and miss. Every order I've received from Marky's Caviar have hit the mark on freshness. Delivery is always next day.

We've used Marky's before and had a good experience, love the selection, etc. On our last order we were disappointed with the delivery process as we had a large order (>$200 USD) and due to FedEx delays it arrived quite late and was at an unsafe temperature. Marky's rep acted like they couldn't do much and it was FedEx fault. Package could have been packed better. Chocolate ordered at same time from another vendor (both were birthday gifts) came ice cold in 2nd day air due to proper cooler packaging and ice packs. Marky's did offer to refund but we'd have to repack all food, refreeze ice packs (!!!) and mail it back to them. No thanks. You better hope they weren't planning to resell it again to you!!! All in all it turned out okay, but we probably won't order again due to risk of unsafe food temperatures. Also one of the caviar jars didn't have a seal (bottom left in photo). Was it a return???
I'm so sad. I ordered 9 days ago, they never shipped my order and never answered my two emails. When I placed my order, it was mentioned "shipping on time for Christmas. Earliest delivery date: 12/22/2020" I paid an expansive overnight FedEx shipment... Unfortunately, no shipping for me, no news. So, so disappointed.
Great selection of variety gourmet products. As well as Russian food selections. Reasonable prices, very welcoming and friendly staff. Highly recommend!
Horrible service. Native Russian speaker here. I needed help at the service counter and first I asked in English - the lady didn't understand me. Then I asked in Russian - the lady was very rude and said that I just have to wait and someone will come. Would have been nice if she could have called someone over.
Was able to redeem Groupon voucher for 12 macaroons with no problems at all. Staff was friendly and very helpful.
The macaroons were pre-made and frozen but was still really tasty. My family didn t, the five of us down the entire box in about two minutes. True story! Would buy again for sure.
Got my first package today! What can I say, it s a top quality products! Everything arrived still frozen. Free fast local delivery is great! Polite delivery guy and proper business car. I will order more stuff for sure!
