Bought some shorts online during Covid19, Shorts arrived but were too small (& I ordered the same size M&S shorts as I was currently wearing!), returned the shorts, then was promised a 'e-voucher' via email! Well this seems beyond their capabilities, 5 emails later, 2 email addresses for them to use, every time checking junk folders, & another week gone by & still no refund! I don't have an account to retrieve the original voucher number, so looks like I've lost that money now, think I should go shout at a manager in the local store to get my money back? Useless Incompetent 1diots!
By the canal side ... the place itself is really beautiful and pleasant. The food is good too ! Well connected Transport facilities. Totally a great place to work !
Beware of online shopping with M&S. They use Royal Mail for deliveries and for the 2nd time .... Royal Mail have fraudulently said that the items have been delivered when they have not. I have tried to contact Royal Mail directly but they have hidden all useful telephone numbers to stop people calling and the website literally sends you around in circles. The web chat function is the worst I have ever used because no matter how you answer a question it loops you around to 'can't help you'.
I tried to pick up the issue with M&S by emailing, and using their chat function and have still not received a reply.
As this is the 2nd time, I am confident that M&S know there is an issue with Royal Mail/Parcelforce and are permitting what is theft.
The level of stress that this has caused is not acceptable.
Bought four chairs from Marks & Spencer very poor quality mark very easily and M&S wash their hands of the issue supposed to have Scotchgard that can clean easily doesn t work and if you push the chairs into the table they mark but been told there is not faulty Marks & Spencer s furniture it s not like it used to be at one time you got good quality and good customer service now the quality is non-existent and will do everything to say it s not a manufacturers fault I had these chairs for two months The chairs are sandbanks chairs in grey and they Chip very easily and the Scotchgard is rubbish
Beware if you select specific date delivery it will not happen as the use Hermes courier and they deliver when it suits them. I had to take 2 days off work as parcels delivered during week not weekend as requested. M&S support admitted the knee this happens gave me 20% discount and refunded costs charged for specific date request. It's sign of the times. Online shopping and busy couriers BUT REALLY M&S you can do better this is not what is GOOD sort it out
Honestly what a gorgeous place. The food oh the food is heavenly with the hot kitchen. The head office upstairs is beautifully designed. The floor is made to look like textiles but is steel. The ladies as are very bright and with a funky design. I would be happy to work here. The canteen is gorgeous too. Stunning location.
M&S Your School Uniform. Probably the worst (lack of) customer service I ever experienced! Don't respond to emails. Don't respond to phonecalls. Website is useless. Stock - awful.
I bought a pair of school shoes online and collected them from the local store. When I opened the bag I was absolutely disgusted. The shoes had been worn, the toe was scuffed, the soles had mud on them and the inner heel had bobbles of fluff. So much for their Covid responsibilities. If I wanted a dirty second hand pair of shoes I'd have shopped on ebay, not paid a premium price for a 'new shoe. The customer services representatives were offered a replacement....that doesn't cut it. I feel sick that this company sends out used dirty clothes.
