I bought a pair of school shoes online and collected them from the local store. When I opened the bag I was absolutely disgusted.
The shoes had been worn, the toe was scuffed, the soles had mud on them and the inner heel had bobbles of fluff. So much for their Covid responsibilities.
If I wanted a dirty second hand pair of shoes I'd have shopped on ebay, not paid a premium price for a 'new shoe.
The customer services representatives were offered a replacement....that doesn't cut it. I feel sick that this company sends out used dirty clothes.
