I worked with Miles Fielder (Recruitment Manager) ...

I worked with Miles Fielder (Recruitment Manager) as a candidate for a role in a very considerate boutique consultancy, early 2017. Miles suggested me a role based on my profile and from then on: was very informative, clear, responsive and supportive, making sure I was well prepared to go through all the challenging stages of the interview process. However, I got an interesting job offer right before reaching the final stage for that particular role and decided to accept it. Despite having spent several weeks on the case, Miles yet remained supportive. I really enjoyed working with Miles and he made the whole experience working with Marks Sattin enjoyable. 4 stars now, 5 stars when we get through the final!

The worst agency ever never have i ever been consi...

The worst agency ever never have i ever been considered for a role through this agency even though there was a role which MS were recruiting for and another agency and when i applied for the role they sent me an email saying i wasn't suitable for the role which was alot rubbish as i got the same role through other agency. Apparently they are so bust that they cant take calls so Unprofessional and a total waste of time registering.

Great agency to work with. Very professional and straight to the point. Worked with Aaron initially who got my first contract within a day after coming out of my permanent role. And then was introduced to Jamie, Sam and Richard. Good support network and follow up calls during and after you have completed assignments, not just after registration, which I believe is crucial if you want to keep the best candidates. Overall, good bunch of guys to work with whether recruiting candidates or if you're seeking work.

Very unprofessional. Got a phone call from a consultant called Harris requesting for an initial meeting. After meeting time and location has been agreed by phone he was disappeared completely. No confirmation email etc. I sent a couple of email requesting for confirmation of the meeting without receiving any reply. A total waste of time!
