Rude when they answered the phone the just hung up on me. All I did was ask one question.

Put our car through their car wash. Car wash damaged the wheel and the running board. They said it was too bad. We will take Steve Buchanan to small claims court in Council Bluffs as that is where it occurred.

Always fantastic service. They take care of my car like it was their own. Very pleased. Always go to the 50th and Dodge location for my fuel and service. Omaha's finest!

Having a huge problem with there accounting department... I won't use them until this is resolved... T

I was driving on the highway today and one of their drivers came up on me and kept blaring their horn. I exited off the interstate and he followed me, still honking. When I stopped at the light he got out of his car and screamed at me to get out of his way. Told me I was driving to slow. I had been doing the speed limit, in the far right lane. He followed me thru town and kept running up on my bumper. He has serious issues.

If you work in a customer service job and work in the human resources department you'd expect they'd at least have some sort of respect for their customers or people answering the phone, they don't care and are rude as can be, I don't recommend working for them or using their gas stations absolutely sad

Why is it none of the Buck's in Omaha can keep the fountain drinks stocked and serviced? I've heard multiple excuses from: "It's the vendor's fault", to "we called it in".
Yet, almost a month later-nothing has changed. Might as well get a smaller fountain machine if 1/3 of it is going to be down all the time...Ive had personal experience with these enough to know that it's usually not the machine, but the employees who break them or simply don't keep up on inventory.
It's a shame, Kwik Shop would never let this happen. Maybe we need more Kwik Shops, or Fantasys, or 7-11s. Or, judging by some other reviews on here: it's the company that manages all of them. Wow.

You know I thought I liked this company when I worked for them for 6 months. Then I find out Steve Buchanan likes to be petty if you only finish out the same work week you started to work if you put in a notice. They will literally move your pay scale down to minimum wage. How petty is that? You have to literally skim a $100 or less from said employee. What does that say about you and your company? Pretty petty in my mind that you d do that to someone who actually stayed and worked longer then a shift.

I can understand doing that to someone who worked only a shift or two and then stopped showing up. But literally doing that to someone who was loyal to your company shows you give no F s about anyone but yourself and only lining your own personal pockets. Shame on you Steve that s pathetic and I d never recommend working for YOUR COMPANY for that reason. It s no wonder you can t keep people and you have such a high turnover rate. If this was your family STEVE you d never fleece them like you do to others. Maybe you would, i don t know.

Your truck drivers have major road rage. My husband used his blinker to get over in the pouring rain, your driver sped up trying to cut him off, then processed to tailgate, flash his lights and honk at him. Then rolled down his window and was screaming and swerving into my husband!!! All this happening in bad driving conditions, if he would hurt my husband in an accident....so help me God.

Wonderful Service! We are travelers with a flat tire & no spare needing to continue on to St. Paul (400 Mi) in the early morning for an important appointment. It took one friendly call to have a courteous service specialist to remove the flat and return to us with a replacement tire this evening. The service was pleasant, timely & reasonably priced. Thanks, Gunnar!

I frequented the Buckys in Council Bluffs until they raised their coffee prices by 21 cents .Who do they think they are? They are no longer competitive in the coffee business.

I am a former employee. My manager was verbally abusive and condescending. Her responsibilities pushed onto others. If you make noise you are terminated. And if you have mental or emotional problems , too bad . And I just read their reviews. The one that states most powerful gas station in the universe was a coworker.

I am a Bucky's fan. I go there almost daily,if not more. I have one complaint, there car washes are terrible. I have been to 3 or 4 different locations, including the new one on Q and 136th. None of the car washes get the car even reasonable clean.
The people are great, the service is great, the prices are competitive.
