I had the pleasure of working with John D Ayers and his assistant Brittany. I had an open case with Mark s and Harrison for awhile and when it became my time, I did lose attorneys along the way. My process with my suit was over 2 years long due to COVID. My case was transferred to another team after my previous lawyer switched firms. My team that helped me bring my case to court was my lawyer, John Ayers, and his paralegal, Emily Sandy. I was treated at military facilities which made accessing my files almost impossible but they helped me through it. John helped me prep for what to expect in court and we won my case. Afterward, Emily kept me in the loop about when my settlement was received and when it would be sent to me. I highly recommend this team and their firm. This process was so drawn out because of COVID and I was ready to give up. I'm so glad they helped me and that all the stress of this process was worth it in the end. If you are reading this review, I hope you consider them if you are need of a car accident attorney.
Joel and Simone were fabulous! They were with me every step of the way and explained everything to me. Simone and Joel were both fast to respond to emails and phone calls. They walked me trough everything that was going to happen and answered every question I had with great detail no matter how small.
They really did treat me like family and wanted what was best for everyone involved. I would recommend this team to anyone!
They were very professional throughout the whole process and even picked up my slack several times by checking in when I hadn t done what was asked of me. They also got me more than I anticipated so that is always a plus! Mr. Ayers and Brittany work together well as a team. I would recommend them to anyone who has been hurt in an auto accident.
Would be 1 star but I feel like I didn t get to experience enough to even rate that low. I initially called the first time to get consultation on an accident, the young man took my information down to be passed along. The next morning I miss a call from someone at Marks & Harrison , I then return the call , state my name & inform the lady who answered that I was returning a phone call. She asked if I was a client , I answered that I wasn t a client but had called and given my information the night before. She transferred me to a gentleman who I also had given my name to, he goes on to tell me well there s three people here, what are you calling for? I let him know I m calling for a consultation and am returning a phone call and repeat my name for him. If I call an attorney and give my name & they are unsure of what to do next, they re clearly not organized enough to work with my case. I need winners, I need to feel comfortable from the start and feel like my case is a priority like any of the others you have made money off of. I just didn t feel comfortable proceeding with Marks & Harrison , I believe there are better options for me and my money.
Brittany (paralegal) and John are amazing. I have been dealing with a case for almost two years and they actually pushed the case along, made sure I was represented appropriately and did everything for me and not just the money. Highly recommend
