Very poor customer service and showing little interest in solving customer issues
Awful. Terrible culture. Too confused. This company has served us since its early days when it was run in a very professional way. Our encounter with them lately is nothing short of a total disaster. They can't get quotations right, they keep changing the dimensions you provide. Their quotations say a deposit of 50% is required. When you pay the 50%, they change to 60%. So you send more funds. After So much drama, we've asked for invoices and receipts for funds paid. When you luckily go through their phone, chances are high you'll get disconnected as you wait for the call to be transferred. We've written severally. Still NOTHING. What a DISASTER for what used to be a sterling company under the previous owners!

They are really good at printing and have affordable rates. Just near town is a great thing too.
