Cant really give any stars - Absolutely terrible customer service.
Had to contact the store constantly to find out when delivery of goods was going to be in store. Collected half of our goods without any problem on the 28/01.
We were told by the store (Craig at Airport West) to contact the Education Solutions department via telephone and demand the whereabouts of our other goods
I contacted the Education Support line on the 28/01 (thurs) and were told by Dylan they were due in store to Airport West by Monday (1 Feb).
We needed the item sooner so I contacted the Education Solutions line straight away and asked for a refund so I could buy the item elsewhere over the weekend and asked for an email confirmation - Don had to do this as Dylan was on a break, neither a refund was issued or a confirmation email.
Waited for Monday afternoon (1 Feb) for JB to process a refund - which didn't occur - so I rang the store to see if they had received the delivery - they hadn't.
Contacted the warehouse again on Wed 4th to see if they had 1. processed a refund 2. had stock.
Spoke to Catherine at 10am who was to contact me back via phone -
I had to contact her back at 1:45pm after I hadn't heard, I spoke with Sam who informed me Catherine was on a break and was waiting for an email from the warehouse since 10am and left contact numbers with Sam for Catherine to contact me back.
She didn't. At 4:30, I again had to ring - and this time Catherine spoke with Lochie in the warehouse who was packing my goods as we spoke into a postpack to be delivered to my door via AusPost.
It is now Wednesday the 10th, still no goods and again no contact - I spoke to Catherine again this morning who informed me she had not been at work since we last spoke on Wednesday and has now told me my goods are being delivered via Toll overnight.
We will see if this is not just another broken promise. I receive boxes daily from Toll from and have never had an issue with deliveries.
Not good enough that I have not had one thing either followed up - confirmed or done, I am the one who is having to ring up and that nobody can claim responsibility. I have been nothing but respectful and understanding but this is absolutely ridiculous. I would absolutely not recommend going through this process ever again and that the warehouse should have stock before he school year starts. The school year starts at the same time every year.
They don't deserve any star,very bad experience, please avoid them they will take your money and won't deliver the goods.Asked for refund 4 weeks ago Still no refund and no follow up from their customer service.
