Not a long wait. The newly remodeled dining area has much better acoustics now.

I had not visited Marketplace since I was a kid until today because we got a gift card. Their service and entire staff is second to none! We had a 40 minute window to eat before we had other obligations to tend to. From being seated to paying our bill, not one person didn t have a smile on their face or wasn t completely accomendating to our time crunch (when we ordered: flaming cheese dip, salads, bread, chicken fried steak and a mini chocolate mess... which was alllll amazing). Also, I could really tell how everyone worked as a team and truly appreciated each others help when waiting tables- that was awesome to see! Besides the phenomenal experience, the restaurant still has checkers while you wait (childhood flashbacks), extremely clean and a variety of food (even the pickiest eater can find something perfect). We live in Fayetteville and will be back many many more times!

So, if you read this is and also love Marketplace- get a gift card for your friends so they will fall back in love with it too

GREAT food. Lettuce wraps r my fav. It's very noisy!!! Wish they could improve acoustical quality.I'm definitely going back just not at peak times.

Food was good not great. Service was excellent. Prices were slightly high for what you get but not horrible. They do not have alcohol of any kind. Nice family atmosphere.

The booth we has was awkward. Table was too tall and seats were too tight to the table making it hard to enjoy the meal.

I ordered a confetti salad to go. It was $12.06 and I thought for that it was going to be a great salad. Not. I got a bowl of romaine lettuce with 3 cherry tomatoes, 5 pieces of diced red peppers, 3 thin slices of avocado and maybe 2 oz. of chicken (which didn't taste seasoned). There were a few corn kernels and a small amount of tortilla strips. I've had better salads from Wendy's for much less. Also, while waiting, I watched them prepare some food to go out to tables. They use the register, rags, utensils, etc and grab food with those same unclean hands to prepare food. I thought the shortcake looked really good, and wished I had ordered one of those too, until I watched them make it. Here's hoping I don't get sick from the salad. :(

Great service and modified our meal for dietary restrictions well! The strip steak was one of the best I have ever had.

We received excellent service from Brandon & the whole crew today. Food as ordered, timely, & delicious.

I was so disappointed the food I ordered... so was my friend... The shrimp was salty, pizza very bland and looked like it was THROWN together, raspberry chicken was just an overly dry chicken breast with a raspberry sauce thrown on top, grits were lumpy and no flavor and the crab cake was more like a crab flavored cake... This restaurant has a lovely decor but lacks flavorful food! Eater beware if you have high blood pressure! They replaced flavor with salt and it s sure a lot of that!

Visiting from out of town and tried Marketplace - out standing food, the boom boom shrimp would reorder again and will next time I pass through, and the server Terna was the best, very warm and thought of everything!

It s great to see such strong values in service and food quality be maintained as long as Marketplace has. Still the best!

Great experience. Very clean. Smelled amazing from outside. Forgot the long-ish trek through the front of the building even existed but they definitely need the room if they go on a wait with how large the dining area is. Walking into the dining area was a total treat. Everything was put together and you are hit straight away by the smells of food cooking and a real grill, a view of a very well organized, clean , OPEN kitchen, and a very inviting, well-lit dining room.

Had the Portabella Grill "burger" - not a vegetarian, but it was always my favorite at the location in Fort Smith, AR. Held up well at this location, too! Interesting flavor. Not a huge fan of the brioche bun, though. That bread overpowers the subtle mushroom and grilled veggie vibes. I ended up probably wasting most of the bun itself, but it was vital to hold everything together.

Zach was my server. He was perfectly attentive and not overbearing. MarketPlace's server training has always been top-notch. He was friendly and seemed to know exactly what he needed to be doing at the time even while serving, it seemed, 2-3 other tables while I was there. I didn't have any questions about anything and I'm not super picky, though, so he didn't have to try too hard. He brought me a refill without me having to ask, feigned a confident inquiry about dessert I obviously wouldn't have wanted, and made sure I didn't need anything to-go. :D

Location was a little slow when I went around 2pm - but amazingly, everyone inside was keeping busy either polishing silverware, sweeping, rearranging tables (not loudly - didn't drag a bunch of the chairs around on the floor and cause a ruckus), doing end-of-shift duties, or otherwise prepping/chopping behind the counter in the kitchen.

Great work, guys! Way to set and keep a standard of cleanliness, work-ethic, and customer service.

We went for our Valentine's date. We have gone several times in the past but received the best service and food quality this time by far.

I have been to Marketplace many times throughout the year and been going there since they opened (20 years or so).

Every visit we get their grilled queso aka flaming queso (original name), they cut the portion in half but still charge the same price. This miffed me from the start, I ordered caesar salad (I got all end pieces of lettuce got few regular pieces, and few center pieces. , I then noticed center piece of lettuce had brown spots pulled the piece apart and there was brown glob on multiple pieces.

They have recently changed the menu which I am fine with but I could not find and decided not to ask about it, but they have taken off the build 2 or 3 combo (usually Boom boom shrimp aka Lousiana hot shrimp, other shrimp dishes, spicy chicken, and turkey.)

I sadly ordered the chicken tikki marsala, it said it was a far eastern dish. I had thought of going elsewhere and thought hey I get this dish They put so much cilantro on the dish, which made it unpleasant to eat. However, I ate half the dish though. I always take my food to go but declined this go around.

I had pondered about getting the chocolate mess but my daughter and I decided not to. I wondered if they be chintzy on the dish also. Also our normal waiter was not on shift :(

I am hoping this was just a bad day for them, normally I would give them 4-5 stars.

Best restaurant experience I've had in a while. The flavor of all the food was perfect. The Jamalya Pasta was the perfect amount of spicy. Our server was amazing.

Good staff and great selection of food. Wait times are minimal and they can accommodate large groups as well. Try the Cajun chicken breast if you've never been.

Terina was our waitress and she did a fantastic job. We were celebrating a birthday and she took great care of us. The food was fantastic! I suggest the strawberry stack for dessert!

It's pretty good. The menu is great, they have plenty of options for everyone! Their street tacos are my favorite and the boom boom shrimp is pretty delicious too. They're also known for their desserts, which are pretty good too. The strawberry stack cake is pretty amazing and the chocolate mess is always a good choice. Great family place or for a date night too. Some weekends can be pretty busy and there may be a wait, but its usually worth it!

First time visiting this location, and the first time back to Marketplace in years. Will absolutely be back. The food was fresh and delicious. No wait and food was ready in minutes. Bread and drinks were promptly brought to table. Exceptional service as well. One of the best!

The memu choices are wonderful but the flavor of the actual meal is amazing! I will definitely be going back!

Reliably good, but pricey. I wish they would focus their menu into one food genre, it's kind of all over the place.

Market Place Grill recently catered my son's wedding. I cannot say enough good things about the experience. The food was fantastic. The staff was incredible. Even the planning prior to the event was outstanding. I did not have to worry about a single thing. I am so glad I chose Market Place Grill for my catering. It was an absolutely awesome experience.

Great food! We always look forward to the fresh bread and butter they bring to the table. The Chocolate mess is always a good dessert.

We had a pretty good experience at marketplace. The chicken tenders were delicious. The steak was cooked a little too rare and was cold. The gentleman who brought out the appetizer forgot to light it on fire and they forgot to inquire what desserts we wanted until after our meal so it took a while after we were done eating to receive the desserts, but overall the experience was enjoyable.

We had a great girls night out! Love the grilled queso and chocolate mess! Lacey did a great job taking care of us.

Marketplace is a good family friendly restaurant. The service is always of great quality. They are known for their flaming cheese dip which comes out on a skillet. I had the Cobb salad and spinach dip, both of which I liked.

In town for the Women's Expo at the Encore Center. So glad we chose the MarketPlace Grill for dinner! The food was delicious and Tianna did an amazing job. She kept us in Tea, yummy food and entertaining conversation. The buttered bread was perfectly made and delicious, but the Ribs were mouthwatering!
Already looking forward to to our next dining experience at the MarketPlace Grill in Springdale!
